Taco Bell

I found it pretty rude for the manager of the restaurant to tell me to use the kiosk while I am standing in front of the register looking at the menu board. There was no one else in the restaurant, and no cars in the drive thru. At least 5 employees laughing and carrying on in the kitchen. Most of the food was delicious, with the exception of the hard tacos. Less than a third of the shell had ingredients. Anemic to say the least.

Hands down one of the best, most consistent, satisfying Taco Bell locations! Lord knows how based on what they pay these poor folks, but you get the impression that they actually care enough to put in the effort to deliver items that are as close to the picture as you could ever hope for. As a lifelong TBell connoisseur, who has had every item, prepared at every level of quality, all over the US, I do not utter these words lightly!!! Keep up the good work y'all, I didn't realize Taco Bell without regret was actually attainable 😌

Hour and a half wait to get my order that I ordered online. It is a Friday night arrived at 1 am did not get my order until about 2:25 am. When I did get to window, they could not find my online order anymore. Had to show them on my phone what I ordered. One of the employees was in a bad mood and yelling at the other employee while writing down my order. She was nice when talking to me but just a bad vibe. When I did get my order was missing my sauces and a taco but I decided to call it a night lol. Don't understand why the line was taking so long as they had 3+ employees there and lobby closed.

Back to being the worst Taco Bell n Fort Wayne. Food quality is always poor, packaged wrong or made incorrectly. 2$ for a 10” tortilla…… It used to be hit or miss, now it’s a guaranteed miss. It’s worth the drive to coliseum by O’Reilly. 3 yes ago - 5 Stars Had a great experience today! We were so pleased we spoke with the AGM, and complimented him on the stores appearance and the presentation of the food. We had a small issue that was easily corrected. Customer service it's what brings people back to fast food, food quality is important but without concern for the customer is plays a minimal role. Thanks Derrick!

This is the worst Taco Bell in Fort Wayne they have never gotten my order right. They are allowing people who work here to give free food to their friends and that is holding up all lines. They have maybe three people working at a time. The food when it is finally the right order is cold or over cooked something needs to be done. Worst Taco Bell experience ever.
