There trying. Took them a hour to wait on 4 pepole in the lobby and gave me condiments soaked everything. I'm talking wet soggy Ossie buns caked in mustered and ketchup and one with BBQ. Couldn't eat it or wipe it off. I watched the drive through guy drop burgers on the floor and put the food back in the bag and serve it out the window. But hey look if they mess up they will make it right. Don't go there if you don't have time to spend to watch them. It's just this store. If management saw I know that wouldn't have happened. They just need more training and probably some time off.

Very disappointed with my visit. Diet coke had a funny taste, chicken sandwich was awful. It was cold, not heated thoroughly, way to much mayonnaise and there was water coming out of the sandwich making the bun soggy to top it off no evidence of salt on the fries.

The drive thru is the longest wait ever. A half hour each time and you have to do drive thru cause the lobby isn't open most the time. If you get the family pack coupon, they always forget your cheeseburgers.

Took too long just taking the drive thru order in front of me, and took too long serving it. After 20 min. Sitting wasting gas, I pulled off while the vehicle at the window was still waiting to be served.

This Burger King is one of the best; the staff are consistently friendly and my orders have always been accurate. Kudos to their team.

Worst ever! Why does this one take forever to order or get your food. Never do I wait less the 30 min in drive thru. Ugh!!
