Very disappointed with the entire experience in the new building. The staff was extremely unfriendly. Every single table was filthy. The salad bar was minimal to put it nicely. I have always loved this Pizza Hut in the past but definitely will not be returning.

The delivery driver was not the nicest. He more or less jumped out of the car and asked for a tip. We received our pizza as a gift and had no idea what was happening!! Pizza was good BTW..

Placed my order, ready in 12 minutes from the app. Food was hot, ready and exact. Overall 5 stars. Beautiful new pizza hut in Waynedale. Delicious pizza.

Great service and quick, hot food! Thin and crispy pizza came out with no air bubbles which is a great improvement over other Pizza Huts lately.

If you loved the old Pizza Hut building, you'll be very disappointed with this new one. From a design standpoint, this new building is just sad and boring. It lacks the comfort of the old one. The pizza bar was one of the best parts of dining-in at Pizza Hut. You and the whole family could your fill for a great price. Now, all that is left is the salad bar. But even this has lost quality. The selection is smaller, but the price is not cheaper. The drink selections have also been limited. Now, you can only choose from a few bottled Pepsi products, or a bottle of water (which is the same overpriced cost, at $2.50).I'll definitely not be choosing Pizza Hut dining again in the near future.

Tried the new building here in Waynedale. Had only the salad bar and soft drink. Lettuce was old and rusty...... had to get my own Pepsi out of the reach in cooler. Absolutely no dining room service. Salad bar was very limited for the price. Will question going back if getting the salad bar. Pizza hut can do better!

Since the renovation the dine in experience is comply gone. No longer does a sever come to your table, you have to order at the front counter. The pizzas where brought to our table in boxes instead of in the pans. Not a single employee had a smile or said as much as hello. Honestly this is just sad, will not ever done in at this location again.

Miss the old one they tore down. Miss the buffet that was a great place to get lunch cheap and the friendly wait staff. We recently went to the new one and it was nearly thirty dollars for waters, salad bar, and personal pasta pans. They only have bottled drinks which is irritating if you want water. Our food was undercooked and the salad bar was underwhelming. Wait time was long for food compared to convenience of the grab and go buffet. We will not be coming back.
