I would give 0 stars. I ordered online around 6:20 pulled up at 6:40. Told me they were closed told them we already paid. Waited and I'm still waiting at 7:10pm as they are serving other orders with much more items on their pizza. All we wanted is cheese. Why almost an hour wait. Why.

Please tell me why I sat in drive thru for more than 5 minutes all cuz another car was at the window just having conversations with employees??? Then I pull up after the car leaves with no food…The girl starts barking at my dog which in returned my dog barked back like really people cmon you here to work or have conversation! Hey btw…when u bark at a dog the dog WILL bark back! Grow up! Do a better job at your job! Please and thank you! I ordered 2 classic and Italian cheese bread told me pull to front for bread….finally at 8:15 I get my bread!!

Twice I was semi-being assisted while trying to place my order with the employee on his personal cell phone. I felt like I was being ignored with no decent respect as a paying customer. My second visit was the same with lack of communication costing me an extra 15-20 minutes waiting on the credit machine when I had cash on me to pay. The pizza was good and fresh though.

The pizza is what you expect from Little Caesars but it still hurts the spot. Good value for price. Not 5 stars because they are often very slow at service and may not always have the hot and ready, ready.

I always go here for my Pizza but never again after tonight. 45 minute wait brought us out bread sticks we didn't order and not the sauses we did. And with the recipe right in front of her she made us pay again if we wanted our sauce. Then demanded me to bring the bread sticks she gave to us. That I thought we received for our super long wait. Demanded that I bring them back.. Keep our money and your bread sticks. You will never get a dollar of my money again. Rude to my old man for wanting the Pizza we paid for. You got your bread sticks back!!! She got our money and the bread sticks..

Ordered through drive thru, over 35 minutes wait, didn't get what I ordered. Shorted on wings, sauces, bread sticks. Other people were waiting just as long or longer. The girl upfront did the best she could with the kitchen fighting and arguing. I couldn't wait any longer with young children.

A True question on if I'll get a good quality pizza or slop. I'll order extra toppings and it doesn't even look like it. they took away Mobile ordering that doesn't make any sense. I like the fact you can drive up to the window but the wait is a pain.

My experience was a month ago, April 28th. I ordered online and scheduled it to be ready at 7:30. I ended up getting in the drive thru line because the last time we had gone to this location we waited outside for 30 minutes and it seemed like they had no idea that we had ordered anything and hadn’t seemed very interested in making sure we were served in a timely manner, so I thought maybe being in the drive thru would speed things up. I was SO incredibly wrong. I got in line around 7:35, even though I hadn’t gotten the email saying it was done. I finally received that at 7:53, so almost 25 minutes late. But we were still behind one more person in line with someone else behind us. We finally reached the window at around 8:10. And we sat there for another 15 minutes waiting for an employee to even make eye contact with me. At least 8 people walked in and were served while I watched from the window, and while I don’t expect to get priority over people who have walked in, a) there has to be SOME balance between addressing drive thru vs in store customers (or else just close the drive thru!!) and b) I watched as the employee had a laughing conversation with multiple customers… I understand that it was the dinner rush but shooting the breeze while people wait an hour in line I’d just rude. Meanwhile my 4 year old has to pee because we’d been sitting in line for 50 minutes, and I have no idea if I’m going to be served in the next 15 seconds or 15 minutes. The employee who finally came over was very pleasant and asked how I was doing. At this point, I was quite irritated and politely expressed the fact. He genially suggested that I pull forward (without my food), park and bring her in to use their restroom. I was pretty exasperated by this point and told him that I would prefer to just get our food and take her home since it was a school night and I had a hungry family at home still waiting for their dinner. At that point, he copped an attitude and was very terse as he went back and promptly got our food. I appreciate that they’re very likely not being paid enough to work their butts off but if my wait had even been acknowledged at all it would have gone a long way in the situation. I just traveled an extra few miles to go to a different location this evening and the service was night and day. So yourself a favor and go to the Goshen Rd location.
