The Asian lady who claims to be a manager at this location is very obnoxious. It’s 9:21am , too early to have a bad attitude the day is just starting out what are you upset about ? Life can’t be that bad! Poor customer service for sure! Second time coming here won’t be back to this location, thank goodness there’s another one 3 minutes up the road. Both times I’ve visited (months apart) she’s had a bad attitude. She seemed to be in such a rush to get me out the door asking me what I wanted. “What do you want?” Are you going to get it or no?!” How many ? !” Didn’t even let me answer before already asking me the next question and having an unpleasant look on her face, huffing and puffing. So much so that I had to ask her if she was okay. Please promote someone who’s great w customers to be a manager.

i just put gas in my van 20 mins ago from this gas station and all of a sudden my van keeps on cutting off. called the store to see if anyone else have called about the same issue. the lady on the phone got so deffensive and hanged up on me. i believe that there might be water in their tank. its been pouring raning all week and they wont even take my complaint into consideration. i will have my van looked at by a mechanic and we will see from there.

I do order items from this location, now I'm not very happy with the service, i order two 2% milk gallon when I get my delivery there was a whole milk inside the bag, i can't drink whole milk, the 711 employee should tell the dasher that they didn't carry 2% milk and they would it call me but instead they assumed, please if y'all managers from store read this don't make the same mistake twice
