This has to be the worst Wendy's I've ever visited.
I only wanted a Frosty and noticed the drive-thru line was wrapped around the building and not moving, so I went inside.
I had previously heard not to use any debit cards here, as there have been issues with the employees copying and using the cards later, some kind of banking scam. Crazy. So of course I had cash.
There were three other customers inside and lets just say the employee at the register wasn't the brightest crayon in the box. He took FOREVER with everyone's order and kept turning in circles and scratching his head in confusion. I also think he has trouble counting back change as well.
I also overhead the manager in the back say, "I don't care about that drive-thru line." Her store is in complete chaos, with limited trained employees and mass confusion. There is not any flow or order.
Whomever the General Manager is for this area needs to conduct a complete overall. It really is that terrible.
As I was leaving, I told the customers," Good luck." I won't be back to this locale.

I waited patiently while shift changed and when I finally put my order in a pulled to the window. I received COLD FRIES and a SEMI warm sandwich. I reheated both when I got home.

I ordered a double baconator in which they messed up and gave me only one patty. Instead of giving me a new burger, they added a patty from a burger that has already been made in which I can see the bread from the other burger in the middle of my burger.

Closes early every night with no notice to customers. They don't even have the courtesy to let the people in the driveway thru know anything.

I think this is the only Wendy’s in the DMV area, still taking orders at the drive-thru only…! Thanks to a McDonald’s at the same location. I was able to complete my order with McDonald’s.

Just got food from this Wendy’s 3/31/2022 at 6:30 pm . The lady ( red braids ) who was working the window was extremely rude and lacks customer service she’s also didn’t give us a receipt . I like this Wendy’s because the area but it’s service like that will make me stay FAR away from this Wendy’s .

They messed up my order, forgot my straw, forgot my sauce, but they did give me an extra large fries to make it up for me 4/5.

Why have a mobile ap if you still have to wait in the drive thru? If you pre-order it will be cold by the time you pick it up. The wait is ridiculous, you can’t walk in and pick up your order because the does are locked.
I will never come here again.
