While spending time at Ft Walton beach someone recommended Angler's Beachside Grill...that was a great choice...friendly quick service! Excellent dinner...Shrimp and grits for me, Mahi Mahi with broccoli and potatoes for my wife.

We got one of everything (ha) we got oysters, crab and crawfish dip, popcorn shrimp (amazing!!!), gator bites, and smoked tuna dip. It was all really good. The popcorn shrimp was the best! It was lightly buttered with meaty shrimp. The gator bites were really good and the tuna dip. Oysters are almost always good and these were good. They good use a little help with shocking them without shell but that’s part of it sometimes. The crab and crawfish dip was forgettable. Not bad at all but nothing to write home about. We loved the atmosphere. We had some lunch while we watch football, and then ventured out onto the beach directly from the restaurant. Great setup.

My girlfriend and I stopped in for lunch and had SUCH a great time dining on the pier! The weather was perfect, the service was fast and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the Blackened Vegetable Pasta with Creole Cream Sauce and Chicken, and it was soooo satisfying! Perfect amount of spice! My GF had bacon-wrapped scallops with a side of loaded mac and cheese, and all of it was on point! The prices are quite fair, especially for this type of food, in this type of ambiance. I definitely recommend stopping in!

Visited for dinner and it was delicious! The seafood gumbo was very good but the best were the gator bites. My first time trying those and I’ll definitely get some again!

Always bring out of town guests to the island, and it's a great place to stop after a walk on the pier. I've only ever sat at the bar, but have had full service meals and enjoyed the view. ( outside seating , and cooking of your catch from the pier is also available)

Had the Mahi- Mahi. It was delicious- I would recommend! The gator bites were interesting but some were not edible - no matter how long it was chewed. Tried the Southern Style crab cake appetizer. It was good. A little spicy. Finished with some Key Lime Pie. It was good but not as tart as I was expecting it to be. Restrooms were clean. Wait staff was great.

Food was alright, kids chicken Tenders were HUGE fries were good. Oysters raw were okay, sort of grainy. Oysters Rockefeller was really good. Steak was flavorless but cooked right, and the scene was nice

Amazing brunch! Checked all boxes: delicious variety of food, great Mimosas (also a plus that they are low priced!) and amazing beach views. Ashley was out waitress and she was great!!!! Only gave four stars instead of five because they didn’t have Diet Coke (my husband’s favorite) and Mimosas were served in plastic cups instead of champagne flutes. Otherwise brunch here was perfect!

The service was great. Our waitress was very friendly and quick. The food came out quickly. It was very hot...a little too hot, so I had to let it cool. I ordered the fried oysters. They were heavily breaded. The coleslaw could have been less dry, but it's different at every restaurant. The price was a little high. All around a pleasant dining experience.

We stopped in Anglers for supper one night. Nice thing about going to beach in November is you don't have to stand in line and wait. I had the shrimp and grits with sausage which was very good. Sandra had coconut shrimp that she liked. The service was fast and restaurant was clean. After supper we took a walk on the pier right outside thier back door.

This place was conveniently located next to the Gulfarium, so we walked over to the restaurant. It’s currently has construction affecting its curve appeal. The food came out on time and was nice and hot. My family of four sat in the open area near the beach. My son is a picky eater so we choose the pizza option. They are small so our waiter sub other the fries for another with a small up charge. The seafood was great, the oysters weren’t all that fresh. My wife and daughter enjoyed the wings, the sauce was great, wings are on the small side so in my opinion not worth the purchase. Overall good restaurant, good food and great location.

Soggy salad and crab shell bisque, not good at all. The bartenders were nice and attentive. I was there 06/06/23 1:15-1:45pm. Pretty clean for a beach bar. Over priced for quality of food.

Fun place, right on the pier; bar sits inside at the beginning of the pier; lots of TVs and great views of the ocean. Lots of beers on tap and in bottle. Big bar great for big groups; full bar; we had raw oysters; reasonably priced and they were average; service was good; I would come back to this location! So I recommend stopping by if your in the area. Great music playing constantly. Good vibes.

Anglers Grille was the venue for our beach wedding. I’m so pleased with all they did for us! It was a great experience. Their communication was professional and very helpful. They had just completed some renovations which were really nice! The food was good and all of our guests had rave reviews about how nice it all was! Thank you Natalia and staff!

Nice beachside (gulf view) restaurant. I just asked for a table facing the gulf and they walked us over. Our server Jade recommended the Blackened Redfish Sandwich which was the best fish sandwich that I had in Florida! Thank-you Jade! Other choices were Mahi Mahi and Grouper which I have had plenty of times before. The restaurant itself was nice and rustic, but definitely showing its age (see my short video). Beer was cold and the view of the gulf was great!

Good was good, drinks were ok, view was great. Laid back atmosphere. Our server Trinity was attentive. There was a hair in the burrito, she quickly replaced it, apologized and applied a 15% discount to our bill. The pigeons are relentless so be prepared lol. We'd definitely go back.
