Burger King

Worst experience I've ever had at a Burger King restaurant, me and my friends went in to order on two separate bills the first bill was a simple chicken sandwich and the second a whopper, the second order much heftier with more products. For some awful reason the first order took 30 more minutes to get from, all the food was of terrible quality, burgers with just one onion on them, one burger was even made with no bottom bun just two top buns, how does that even happen. All this to be topped off by the rudest staff i have ever encounter between my time in both florida and Arkansas, they continuously harrassed me and my friends accusing of us of trying to hustle a simple milkshake whilst also trash talking us during our wait period. They also sat there making us wait to be served and just flirting with each other and talking disrespectfully about us. To top it all off it wasn't even a busy time for them, there was only 2 cars in the Drive-Thru and hardly no one else in the building with us.overall, I would never reccomend anyone to come to this establishment given its aggressive and destructive staff behavior, and it definitely isn't fit to be called a family establishment!

Way way better experience this go around, the young man that was my cashier was very friendly and the manager she was also very polite, food was warm and fast, I was extremely pleased with my overall experience! Thank you to the employees that made my experience the best and their names are Courtney and Kim, Jennifer. Amazing!! Great Job!

Awful on multiple occasions drive through is slowest I've ever seen. They will have you sitting at the speakers for 5 min before you even get to order. Manager personally told me not to honk at the person in front of me obviously I was not considering I had been in the drive thru for 10 minutes easy and then she argued with my mom back and forth like a child. Buger king Corporate should step in for sure. Your losing customer's daily because of this store I assure you.

Update: AVOID THIS LOCATION. I haven't been to this location in 8 months.. But it is still the same. 6:20pm and had to wait over 15 minutes in the drive thru. Only one car in front of me. The car in front of me was also getting very fed up with waiting. Inconsistent service. Some days it's good but this last time waited at the drive thru for over 15 minutes for a basic whopper and fries. It was around 8pm and restaurant wasn't packed. Got to say the day crew is better and nicer then the night crew. Food tasted fine, didn't taste any fresher then normal.
