Geno's Pizza

Little pizza joint. I was hoping to play some cool video games and eat an Italian sub. No video games are there. They have sandwiches and the pizza looked ok. I didn't stay to eat. I asked the young girl if they had Italian subs and she pointed to the menu part that showed ham & cheese. I would suggest updating the photos on here.

Unfortunately, I couldn't give less than one star. The images I have provided with this post includes the hair I found in the pizza I got for my family and I this evening. Immediately called the store upon noticing this after getting home, not even an apology or sorry for the inconvenience. During the call with both an employee and then afterwards the manager, I included that I had to drive nearly half an hour to get there and back home and was told that if I didn't make the drive back to SHOW THEM and then let them decided what to do then there was nothing they could do about it the following day even with the picture evidence. Unprofessional, inconsiderate, and unacceptable. I hope no else has this experience and that management is more considerate onward if situations like this reoccur. Advice: check your pizza before leaving the establishment or you may receive strands of hair (free of charge).

This place has been steadily going down hill for a while. Normally, I understand that people make mistakes, but when I drive all the way back to get the right item and get treated like I've inconvenienced you its a little too far. Food was sub par, pizza made everyone sick, it was cold by the time we got it home. Wings were dry, tasted like chicken flavored bread. The lady in the drive-thru was very unprofessional. I watched a family try and come in (well before closing time) and the door was locked. The woman then said proudly "I love it when they come try to open the door and we're "closed". Very unprofessional, terrible food, and poor work ethic. Will not eat here again.
