Pizza Hut

Ordered these tonight.. when I called the store the manager stated they cooked them from frozen and that’s why they turned out like you are seeing in the picture. She stated I’ll give you a credit for your next visit. I stated no I want a refund and she said you will to bring the food back and she hung up on me. I called the Pizza Hut on Zero Street and explained my experience and the manager at Zero stated what they did was wrong and they can refund my money. The Zero Street manager stayed on the phone with me when I went into the store to get a refund. The manager stated again I can not refund your money because you did not bring the entire order back. I said the pizza was fine but the cheese bread wasn’t. The zero street manager talked the Grand Ave manager through the refund process so I ended up getting a refund. I will never go back to that location ever again.. shout out to Rose at the Zero 271 location thank you for being so sweet and understanding

Absolutely disgusting. The marina was watery and flavorless. The chicken was awful and NOT made properly. The pizza was terrible, only cheese & sauce on the very middle and about 5 inches of brown crust around the sides. Cheese sticks were still cold and raw in the middle. It was honestly inedible. we decided next time we are thinking about ordering pizza hut, we will just starve. Because now we are starving and sick.

I love creating my own pizzas and that my pizzas are always delicious...I strongly suggest getting my favorite creation: thin crust, garlic/ parmesan sauce---Toppings>bacon, grilled chicken, green peppers---and butter garlic crust!!! U WILL THANK & APPRECIATE ME LATER... AND it's sooooo much healthier and lighter on the stomach than a pizza with red sauce, pork, beef or hamburger(even though I love them all as well) PLEASE🥺share this post&maybe Pizza Hut will contact me&put this on their menu& since I'm a Army veteran call it "The Military Special" 😁

Thank you for sending me this survey so you may improve your service. I was not satisfied with the pizza. For a hand-tossed crust it was very thin. I ordered light sauce but there was virtually no sauce at all. The pineapple was also very scarce. I love cheese but there was so much that I could not taste the other ingredients. I would appreciate it if a manager would call me. Thank you again.

so basically, i saw the commercial on tv about a $5.99 large 2 topping pizza and you gotta order online. i did, i ate, i liked. i'm normally a domino's guy but a deal is a deal and this was a deal cause normally that 5.99 large 2 topping is $14.70. and i would never pay that much for pizza. this review is finished with two thumbs up.
