Thank you to Jared and Rob. We welcomed my in laws back to town and celebrated my father in laws 60th birthday. Great food. Beyond amazing staff. Generous portions so we can enjoy leftovers. Cannot say enough nice things about Jared and Rob. They both made a point to ask about my in laws and give them some ideas for things to do in Fort Scott. It’s been a few years since they have lived here. I’m sure we will have many crooners nights in our future.
Leslie and I had a great time at Crooners, which has a Sinatra, Sammy Davis, Dean Martin...Rat Pack theme. We went down to Ft Scott for no particular reason.... Fabulous food and gracious hosts at Crooners! We met former owner Paulette, and new owners Rob and Jared. They showed us around the place and were very nice. This is worth the trip to Ft Scott. There are several hotels and a B&B in the area. I highly recommend this place for dinner and drinks! If you drop in be sure and ask for a tour of the place. Kansas has amazing little gems like this and all you have to do is visit them and talk with the locals. We're definitely going back to Crooners.
A very welcoming atmosphere. The crab cakes are a delicious appetizer. The side salads come on a chilled plate and for some reason this seems to make the already great salad even better. I always get the smothered chicken with twice baked potatoes, the portions are large enough for two people. A large selection of drinks, if you like wine or a cocktail this is the place to go in Fort Scott. Jared makes a heavenly chocolate martini!
Crooners is an unexpected gem in the town of Ft Scott. It’s every bit and better than some of the best restaurants in Wichita. The service was awesome the food was amazing. Get your reservation and go.

In town for the college rodeo and we went to Crooners to eat. We didn’t have a reservation and they were booked but they welcomed us to sit at the bar. It was an 89s themed night and the staff embraced it. The service was great and so was the food. The crab cakes were delicious. If I ever make it back to Fort Scott we will definitely go back.
Friends introduced us to Crooner's last night and hopefully it will just be the first of many more trips to Ft Scott to eat. Loved the variety of the menu. From the appetizers to the desserts and everything in between, the evening was fantastic. Great food, great service and a very comfortable atmosphere. Being a restaurant owner myself, I find myself being more critical of food quality and service than maybe I should sometimes when we dine out, however I have to say my meal last night was one of the best I've had out anywhere in a very long time. Thanks!!

My husband and I love eating at Crooner's. The food is great. The staff is very nice. And they are always playing great music. It's a perfect place for date night.
Everything is very good! I go for the Spaghetti & Meatballs. I am not affiliated with the owners nor do I live in Ft. Scott, I have eaten Italian all over KC and St. Louis ( The Hill ) and this is my favorite! I always ask & receive extra sauce, btw.
If you've not spent a weekend in Fort Scott, KS, get there and make this one of your dinner destinations. The best food, people, and atmosphere you will find anywhere in the midwest! Love to you all for such an unforgettable time in Fort Scott!
Great place for drinks and great food! Great place to celebrate a birthday!
Fort Scott? I do not believe Crooners is in Fort Scott! I grew up here, running up and down Main Street, I never thought I would be able to come back and enjoy a fabulous glass of Cabernet and one of the best crab cakes I have ever had. Fort Scott I give you two thumbs up.
Met friends there for dinner and our meals were delicious and staff was wonderful. We'll be back soon.
Unbelievable service. But real MVP is Jared and his staff. They do an outstanding job. I cannot wait to return in September.
We had a wonderful dining experience! Excellent service and amazing food!

The food was fresh and delicious! The staff and service was awesome. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend this restaurant! My wife, Kathleen and I stumbled upon it spending time in town for a day trip to explore early Kansas history at Fort Scott. Wonderfully charming, delicious food from appetizer to entrees to dessert! Friendly staff and romantic atmosphere.
My husband and I were in Fort Scott for just one night. Read the reviews and salivated over the photos. I started with a lemon drop martini which was exquisite and had beef tenderloin tips which were prepared rare/medium perfectly to my request. The artisan bread, the salad, the duck, and the carrot cake and chocolate cake were also spectacular. Kudos to the chefs and staff. The service was personal and lovely. I cannot recommend this place more highly. If you get the chance, go!
Good food, quiet place, nice ambience.
Close to the hotel(sleep inn) or even the town. Its a dinner theater place, but we were at yhe restaurant section only. Very few options for vegetarians but still amazing ones... The deserts are to die for. Will surely visit again.
Great food and drink. Make sure you save some room for a piece of one of Rob’s delicious cakes.
First time. More food than one person can finish. Crab cake was outstanding, bow tie pasta ridiculous, and lasagna fabulous. Took most of both to go after the crab cake, bread and salad. Fantastic cocktail menu... the Moscow Mule was the bomb! Excellent service and guidance through the menu as first timers! Will definitely be back!!!
