I give 3/5 only because the ladies at the window are always super nice and understanding. BUT be aware that they will charge you extra for light ice and then not even fill your cup up even if you do pay extra. Food is about what you’d expect from McDonald’s, not bad but not note worthy.
Cashier was very nice. Could tell she loved working there and restaurant was well organized and managed. Food was great. Very clean even with the amount of traffic at a peak time.
Ordered $25 worth of food around 9:45ish fries were turned upside down, Mc chickens were just thrown in bag, heck all the food looked liked they dropped it all in the floor, and handed it to us. I asked for ketchup and she slammed the window in our faces..
Had only a 50 dollar bill and I ordered 2 meals coming from the Chattanooga Airport and said I only had a 50. The woman on the drivethru asked I'd she could keep the change from a $15.00 order. I laughed and she said don't laugh I'm cooking your food. I ordered a double quarter pounder w cheese meal
Put in a valid complaint to corporate… corporate responded and apologized but the local franchise did not… I was told that the owner name is David Bledsoe.. mr Bledsoe if you see this.. just know that I will no longer do business at this location. Spent quite a few dollars there since 2018.. I know
So sad. These people want 15 bucks an hour. Every time I come they screw up my food. So yeah, I order special...McChicken add cheese, add onion, add tomato, add pickles, and was charged for the extra ingredients ok I'm good with that but... They forgot the lettuce, forgot the onion that I paid for,
Can never get my order right 🤦🏻♀️ never going there again. Just ordered 2 Deluxe crispy chicken sandwiches and I got 2 spicy onion burgers..
The food is ok, but dry at times. The service was very good with a friendly smile. They could use a bit better lighting outside.
