I worked here for about a year, as well as every other fast food place around. This particular location is hands down the cleanest place to eat. The kitchen is always clean and the staff are wonderful.
Fort Payne is the best in my opinion of all Captain D's. The new fried Oysters are awesome. Had a large and wish I had another. Possibly the best I have ever had.
Tried the lobster rolls like them but the service at the Fort Payne Captain D's was so awesome .....best I've ever had at a Captain D's
Very friendly staff and they were great with helping my elderly grandfather see and understand the senior menu and his options of side dishes. They even offered to carry his food to a table for him. The place was kept very clean. The only thing I would be concerned about is dinning in if your in a wheelchair or mobility scooter. There is perfectly fine access but if it's busy inside with a lot foot traffic it might be hard to get to a table. That's not anyone's fault though. And, could happen at any restraunts. All in all: a great place to eat some good seafood.
Fresh hot food. The only draw back was menu board is so old and cracked and faded and the old speaker box blocks the menu
