Got breakfast before work, I got a bacon,egg and cheese and a sausage biscuit. They were cold and the egg was extremely cold. Will not eat here again, Ringgold is always hot and fresh!
The new rib biscuit is overrated. Customer service was good, but went off the norm breakfast menu I usually would get and now I know to stick with what works.
I went there on my lunch break and ordered two Big Hardees and a large drink to go. However when I got back to work and open the burgers. Found out it only had one patty instead of two. I'm a bit annoyed but they were still good. Giving it 3 stars due to not burgers missing the 2nd patty.

They are fast, professional, and the food is always good.
There can be a line to the street, but you will have your food in less than 7-8 minutes.
You are always greeted with a smile at the window, and they are fast as they process the order.

Drive-thru is always quick no matter how long the line may be. Food is always hot. Sadly, I'm not a fan of anything other than breakfast at Hardees. It would be amazing if they would serve breakfast either all day, or even up til 2pm. Can you imagine their business income then? No one outdoes them o
