This is my favorite location. Very clean place and friendly staff who greets you right away. The food is fresh and ample portions. Tonight’s experience with Misty, our server, made our dinner so enjoyable. We had no problems at all and she had good follow up. The difference with Misty is her genuine quality and Rib City is lucky to have her.
P.s. please bring back the pecan pie

The service was prompt and professional, and on point. They worked as a team, like a well oiled machine. We we're greeted and seated quickly with a a real smile. After taking our food order, it was a short wait before the food was presented. All of the food was hot and ready. The meat was moist and tender with the right amount of smoke. The ribmeat separated from the bone easily. The chicken and pulled pork were fresh. They don't pre-sauce it. There were plenty of side dishes. We ordered the feast for two. I took home half the meat as leftovers. Look at the pile of pulled pork on my plate! The garlic bread is on Texas toast. It was buttery and crisp. I wasn't crazy about the green beans, but I am a picky eater.

Our server Kam made our dinner here very pleasant.. I've been to all the Rib City Grill restaurants in the area and by far she was the best server that has waited on our table. Not taking anything away from the other servers but she is super friendly, very polite, very attentive, and her attitude on a Friday night helped make my evening. Thank you Kam keep up the great attitude in an industry that is thankless at times.

Went today after work. First time in this location. Kam was our server. She is great!!attentive, Very friendly, offered sauce suggestions ( omg!! Tried and YES!! ). Food was beyond expectation!!

The food was great and the service was awesome. The ladies even sung happy birthday to my husband.
This was a "let's try it out" kind of finding. Went to Fort Myers for donuts and Rib City was right there. I'm so glad we did!!! Carry-out orders were spot on. Food was freshly made.. Very juicy and tender and full of flavor-beef brisket sandwich. Chicken also so very good! I can see more trips to a new favorite. Next plan on Dining in.

Went to Rib City for lunch, was happy to see the tables were separated and all the staff wore masks.
I had the lunch special , 1/4 chicken and sliced pork French fries and green beans , all for under $10.
My friend had the pulled pork.
We enjoyed our food and had wonderful attentive service by Amanda.
