The new manager Jerry is the friendliest and most caring person I know in that establishment. Always making dad jokes, getting to know customers and asking for genuine feedback on the food and service. The review prior to this one is a complete falsehood made up by an angry man who was asked not to park in reserved parking (which even has towing signs posted) for handicapped and disabled guests. The man was not a paying customer, but a guest at the Starbucks next door. Jerry politely asked the man to move his vehicle after it had been over 30 minutes since he parked. The man stated he would “be over to move when he’s done” and took his time to do so. Once he was in the vehicle, he sat waving and smiling at Jerry from inside the car passive aggressively sipping his beverage , and stayed parked until Jerry held up his phone to call the tow truck company. There are several witnesses to verify all this information to be true. I also noted the review was edited, and some of the outrageous claims were omitted or changed recently. Strange behavior to be sure. Instead of reacting so violently to a simple request out of respect for our elderly and disabled guests, why don’t you park in front of Starbucks next time since that’s the establishment you were actually in? I mean if there were only 4 parked cars in the lot like your review said, you would have had plenty of space to park closer in the proper location :) Shameful behavior and terrible libel and slander to say the least. Do better.

My coworker treated me to Rosati's for lunch! What can I say?? Wow! 😮 I haven't had a pizza like that in a LONG time! Definitely not since I lived up north!!! The Chicago style pizza is 💯 bona fide real deal!!! I will DEFINITELY be getting some more!!! I can't wait to share this with my wife and kids! They are big fans of Chicago style pizza as well!! I also see that they have Italian Beef sandwiches! THOSE will be a "MUST TRY" on my list as well!!! I hope y'all are happy..! You guys are gonna make me FAT! 🤣

Justin and carrie were very kind and helpful! Being from Chicago I'm pretty picky about my pizza, so I was happy to be reminded of home! We got a deep dish and a thin crust and I wish we had one closer to us. This location is moslty take out with limited table space but perfect for a quick stop! Outdoor seating also available.
