Actually did not go this time because Culver's was too crowded! Went next door to Pollo Tropical and it was empty, but great food.

The young man who took my order outside was great, but the young lady at the window was rude.
The meal took a while longer than it should have, but truly, that was a great fast food burger!

Very friendly service. Best fast food fish sandwich by far. Fantastic fries, too. Plus their concrete mixers kick DQ's butt.

We stopped in for a late lunch and ordered burgers and custard. The burgers did not get made the way I ordered them. I asked for double cheeseburgers with lettuce tomato and onion. I got all of that, but also got pickles and mayonnaise. A lot of mayonnaise. We were able to pull the pickles off the burgers but the taste still remained. And the mayo was just plain gross. The redeeming quality was that the custard was very good, especially the butter pecan flavor of the day. It came with full sized pecans, not crumbled up chopped pieces of nuts; we got real full pecans in the custard. It was amazing. We just wish the hamburgers would have been made the way we liked. We love Culver's burgers usually, but today's just weren't made right.

Every time I go thru the drive thru I say to myself.." never go back"
I have had 2 inedible sandwiches in the past and wrote to the email provided and never got an answer.
Yesterday I had the pot roast sandwich ( not horrible) , but the cheese curds were so salty o couldn't eat them
That and a small ice tea and it was over $12 !
I could have gone elsewhere and gotten good food for that price.

Every time I come to this location the staff is super friendly and helpful. Some of the nicest people. The same manager is on the schedule and I can see that he is a great team leader. It is the people that really make this Culver’s a great experience. Hard workers for sure.

Every employee made sure to welcome us to the restaurant. They all had smiles on their faces and couldn't have been more pleasant. They gave us a number but actually walked our food to the table when it was ready. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Will definitely come back!
