Scoops on First gets a five star rating from me for having delicious dairy-free ice cream in a few flavors. Most offerings contain dairy and many flavors are available. The staff was friendly when I visited. Scoops on First is located in a cute historic part of downtown Fort Myers.

What a fun little ice cream shop in downtown Fort Myers. Scoops were a hefty size and they had a great variety of flavors (and 10 non dairy options). Fun waffle flavors as well!

Who doesn't love ice cream, Right? Well if you've got one of THOSE people bring them here and you'll get them on the road to recovery. Everything an ice cream enthusiast loves and plenty of options for those who don't, including sugar free gelato choices. Staff is super friendly and very patient. Offering tastings to help make up your mind from all the choices they offer. we try something new every time we go and have not been disappointed yet. Clean, friendly, water cooler, and great treats. Enjoy! #stevensleavin

Very good ice cream place located downtown Fort Myers. My favorite flavors were the black cherry, the Salty turtle and the stellar coffee. The ice cream was so good I ended up going there every day during my 4 day trip there. All I can say thank God they don’t have one where I live because my waistline wouldn’t have appreciated that.

This place is sooooo good! Their ice cream is fresh, creamy, and delicious. They have many different flavors that it was hard to choose. I had the chocolate dream pie and my wife had the Hawaiian fruit cream (I think that’s the name). I highly recommend this place. We will be back for sure. Trish was awesome and very personable. Go check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

Had a Butterscotch ice cream and it was delicious - notes of caramel, notes of vanilla, heath chocolate, brownie pieces, hint of butterscotch, all mixed into one great scoop. Not too sweet, creamy enough. Hit just the spot. Will come back again for more! If you’re looking for basic classic flavors such as strawberry, coconut or rocky road, you WILL NOT find it here. They make their own mixes and have very few of the basic ones. There are a few tables inside as well as a lavatory. Kids cup starts around $3.50. Small cup (pictured) was around $5.50 or so. EDIT POST BUSINESS REPLY: thank you for letting me know! None of them were available on my visit, nor were they written on the board. Even another customer ahead of me asked for those same flavors and they were told they weren’t available. Either way, I will definitely come back.

This wonderful ice cream joint in down town fort myers is walking distance to all the excitement of the downtown environment. There are numerous flavors and combinations to create with both waffle and dipped sprinkle cones. I highly recommend this establishment.

Very cute and quaint ice cream shop. Easily accessible with a double stroller, seating inside and out, great views, close to the water and other attractions, great selection. We had the Superman ice cream, rainbow serbet, and chocolate chip cookies, there's a complimentary water cooler as well which was nice and cold, we sat outside and enjoyed our ice cream along with the views as a family. A passerby told us the purple daze is also a great flavor of ice cream, it is raspberry ice cream with chocolate covered raspberry pieces. The cashier told us it was pretty popular also but they were out at the time. Our cashier was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. The signage outside was inviting and cute. Definitely a good place to stop with the family, alone, or with a special someone. I recommend this location to anyone.
