Juice Bar - Fort Mill

OMG….where do I start!?!? So honestly I stumbled across this place because I was so sleepy at work that I couldn’t even focus so I decided to see if The Juice Bar had a smoothie that would boost my energy. While in there I noticed some interesting stuff on the menu…specifically the smoothie bowls which have been a favorite of mine since trying them in Charleston SC a few years ago. The second time I went back I tried the smoothie bowl and I was impressed. It was delicious and I’ve been going back during my lunch since that moment. Aside from the fact that the options available are really good…they are also good for you! I’ve lost over 10 pounds without even trying since giving up all the fast food junk and trading it for a more delicious much healthier option. I’m hooked!!!!!

Very nice restaurant/bar with tons of food options for pretty much any time of day. The have smoothies, juices, bowls, salads, chips, cookies, etc. They do a good job with having samples so you can try some of the different offerings. Everyone there is super kind and helpful in trying to help you decide what to order. The seating and dining area is very cozy, clean, and relaxing. All in all is just a nice place to go grab a quick bite or drink and just chill out for a few. I would definitely recommend folks who want to eat a little more healthy or add more fruits and veggies to their diet to at least stop by and give it a try.

The Juice Bar Fort Mill is fantastic. Their smoothies are amazing and customizable if you have allergies or dietary preferences. The owner, Alyssa, always remembers my name and recommends options that fit my needs. I struggle with inflammation and always add the Earthy Gold shot. It has become a weekly part of my health regimen. If you are looking for healthy options from a local shop, check out the Fort Mill location. You won’t be disappointed!
