Very poor, it’s how much chicken you will get, I asked for only rice bens and chicken. Better drive to another Mexican place, doesn’t work it for the price, also they packed the burritos on top of the bowl getting it smashed. Hate it

Charged me $6+ for guacamole and missed it on both bowls. Shouldn’t be that hard, no? DoorDash won’t reimburse the full amount. Chipotle ignores you. No problem. Just never order from here. Also they are clearly cutting portion sizes. I’m done.

Seriously? This is the second time this store has got my order COMPLETELY wrong. Today I ordered 2 veggie bowls WITH guacamole through Uber eats. I thought it was going to be a nice meal for tonight but as soon as I get it delivered, I notice the pack is light and notice the 2 containers are also very light. I open the containers and find that the bowl containers are only filled with guacamole, when clearly I ordered 2 veggie bowls (with all the veggies) WITH the guacamole. It is 11pm at night right now, and I can’t get another meal because everywhere it’s closed. I didn’t want the refund, I want the food but now there’s no way to get it especially if they’re not closed. I paid $24.17 including 2 dollar Uber tip for 2 VEGGIE BOWLS and this is what I get??? You got to be kidding me. Here is a picture of what I mean. Order number was 47A52 in case if Chipotle wants to know any further.

This place is a disorganized mess. Went in to order two bowls. Guy in front of me orders one of his own. They end up giving & charging him one of my orders. They have to call him back, cancel his purchase and redo the whole process. They’re not willing to remake mine since they’re running low on ingredients. This is all fine mistakes happen. BUT they keep saying his order is my second one. I know for a fact it’s not since he ordered cheese and I didn’t. Again this is easily fixed between the guy and me. But the icing on the cake is, while I’m sorting all this out, they mix up my other order, with the order of the woman behind me. This is literally out of a sitcom, and of course I only notice after I get home. It wasn’t even a busy time, so they can’t excuse their behavior with that. This is an assembly line, I don’t understand why all this confusion occurs. Meanwhile management is standing in the back trying to sort through the music playing in the store.

Asked for black beans for my quesadilla order and they just left it empty without any explanation, asked for double meat for another order and it looked more like single meat.

If it weren’t for my gf that thinks this is good food I would never order this trash seriously. Get chipotle if you want extra meat that’s of normal quantity and normal quantity a small spoonful. Stale meat check. Brown guac check. Restaurant prices check. As of now they don’t charge extra for lettuce which is good. But like Starbucks customers people will continue to buy.

Listen, I'm a 110 lbs girl, and the amount of food skimped in my meal today made me very irritated. I work from home, so it's more time efficient to order online. But if this is how much food I'm given, I'd rather not order again. What's the point in having a lid that gives you more room when you can use a flat paper lid, because that's how little food there was inside. Look that the lid today: CLEAN. The whole bowl FELT light too. Now excuse me while I have to cook to actually satiate my hunger. So much for treating myself on a Friday.
