I made a mobile order at 3:39pm and did not receive my food until 4:05pm. The general manager called the manager on duty and told her to send everyone home because they did not want to pay the employees overtime. Approximately 4-5 employees were sent home immediately and 20 or more customers were left in the store not being served. The line in the drive-thru barely moved in those 26minutes we waited in the store.

Average food for the average price. Do not go there during a dinner service because you more than likely going to be sitting there for about 20 to 40 minutes waiting for food including in drive-thru. Also don't go there during a dinner service unless you want to be a coasted by all the homeless people that like to show up. More than likely it's just a better option to find somewhere else during dinner, or to just order through an app.

Fast service. Friendly service. Inside was empty and they took care of me right away. Drive thru line was moving quick. The reps were constantly doing things and had the place clean and organized

After waiting 15 mins in line and it wasn't even lunch time! I had to explain 5 times to the cashier my order and he still got it wrong. No napkins, no ketchup, tables and floor disgustingly dirty. And the manager could care less! This place is a disaster! Should seriously consider closing!

Terrible. I order a number 6 combo which is a spicy chicken Sandwich but instead I got FISH! WITH PICKLES! I don’t even eat fish. The young lady at the window looked like she was new! And then she dropped the drinks for the car that was before me. NEVER AGAIN!

The drive-thru was very slow and a couple of cars that WERE in line to order food left. This location needs to improve on customer service and satisfaction. Very long wait time just to order food

I was waiting s good 10 minutes to get my food reason of this they were changing shift not acceptable. The person who was serving me should just finished give me my food and then change shift smh

My order was a grilled chicken sandwich and a plain baked potato along with a medium green tea. I got the baked potato alright but instead of a grilled chicken sandwich I got a double burger with bacon and to top it off a cup of green tea with some kind of slime which i did not discover right away. I was literally sick to my stomach........I hope never to enter Wendy's or any other fast food restaurant again. .........Let me not forget to mention the offer of a refund and the apology for my bad experience,........ from the Manager.

HORRIBLE. The Drive Thru is always long no matter what time of day. Then you would think in the inside they would be fast but not at all. In the inside they moving slow. They had a cashier that didn't look like she new what she was doing and then had the nerve not to speak. Just sat there and looked at me until I said something. The GM really needs to review this location it sucks.
