I would have loved to give them 5 stars, but I am a bit disappointed in the customer service. The girls at the front have no customer service skills, but I looked past that because I love the food. But today, I am just irritated! I called in my order, first of all they left me on hold for over 6 minutes, then I was told my order would be ready in 25 minutes. When I get there, my order still wasn't ready until 15 minutes after I arrived, they didn't even say, sorry for the wait...nothing, then I asked for extra honey garlic and they charged me 50 cent!!! I had to wait 15 extra minutes and you have the nerve to charge me 50 cent for extra sauce!!! I would have had no problem with this if my food was ready when I got there, especially when I'm on my lunch break! So I had approximately 10 minutes to eat my lunch. Ya'll gotta do better!!!!

Great prices and selection. Friendly staff. Great hot wings, a lot of food for the money. Clean & organized. Not long wait times after placing your order. Food is fresh, hot & made when ordered!! Would recommend, if only offer a few dessert options, would be nice if were available. Good seating options. Good menu options!

The food is so delicious..... The staff is so friendly and they also call you to let you know that your food is ready..... There is so much to choose from on the menu.....and Mrs Debra makes the best brownies....and lets not forget the sweet potatoes pies....they are to die for.... Trust me i can eat there every single day. You might have to wait a bit because they cook the food when your order but i dont mind cuz its goood

I come here all the time. The employees are usually very nice an friendly. My visit today was a bit different as i had Alexis to take my order she was a bit rude. She had an attitude with me for no reason being that i work as a server so i understand "how it is" i wasnt being annoying. I walked and she was taking someone's order when iy was my turn she said no type of greeting just indicating that she was ready to help me. So i proceeded to tell her my order "chicken philly melt" i asked her what ingredients came on it she got snappy and said "just meat and cheese" i sad "can i add lettuce to it?" She said, still snappy and rolling her eyes "yeah you can add lettuce but like i said you have to add it" 😑😑😑 so then i saw you have cheesecake brownie 😛 so i awake how much they were Chelsea replied "$1.50" so as Alexis was giving my change to me $9 and change i asked if i could switch my cupcake out for 2 brownies but they told me that i couldn't which i completely understood so i told Alexis as she was handing me my change if i could just buy them an she walks away to pack up an order. Thank GOD for Chelsea !!! Chelsea made Alexis' slack poor costumer service skills along with unprofessionalism like no big deal. I really hope i dont have to gp through this again cause i really love ypur food.

The honey hot wings are so damn good...... i go there nearly everyday....and the shrimp and grits are a must have..... and I just love the vibe there....they make you feel like family... I love pelican wings

I'm so loving this place..... Sometimes its so hard to decide on what to eat.... Only thing i hate is that the food take a long when it comes to delevery...but other than that the food is really good.

Honestly this is one of the best places you can eat they are always greeting you and making sure you're satisfied I come in at least twice a week my kids order from school almost everyday lol I've been eating here since they've been in the plaza great set of ppl and the skinny lady I believe she's the owner is ALWAYS amazing and sweet and the older lady who makes the brownies is such a sweetie love this place

I love the honey hot flavor and the steak and cheese sub is to die for and those brownies are so addicting. I found out about this establishment about a year ago from a coworker glad I did love it.
