Review Domino's Pizza - Fort Lauderdale

0/5 - Better not even to try. Even kids can follow better instructions than this place. - From order to delivery took 1h 40mins. Estimate was 30mins. Reason why I tried out. - delivered behind wrong door - missing toppings - ordered coca cola zero and got totally different product - food was cold

The pizzas was alright. Now the garlic bites, that is just terrible. It’s so greasy and made in weird way unlike the images. I might as well drink oil since oil was dripping as I squeezed it. Its cheap but not even worth it as we couldn’t eat it.

Unfortunately, after ordering dinner for our family from a local place and waiting nearly two hours for our delivery not to arrive, we ended up ordering from Domino's. Twenty minutes later, the very kind and sweet driver, Ron, arrived with hot, fresh, predictably tasty pizza. I really do prefer to order from local places, especially when we're out of town, but Domino's is reliable, consistent, and always friendly.

One of the worst fast food experiences of my life. There was no aspect of the service that deserves a good comment. I placed an order for approximately $40 at 9:48 pm. And they delivered a totally different order. Here the odyssey began, I tried to contact the store no less than 6 times without any response, which includes waiting for more than 8 minutes for a "representative" to assist me, which never happened. Moreover, I tried the option of placing an order to be able to speak with someone who would attend me, it didn't work either, they redirected me to an extension where they left the line open without attending to me and finally hung up. The system to report claims did not work either, I never received an access code, after trying several times the system blocked me. I tried the central customer service phone number and guess what, the answering machine said to call during business hours. My last resort was to go to the store to talk to the person in charge asking for my money back. The answer I received was that the delivery was being delivered at that time to my house, there were no apologies, there were no explanations. Starving and full of frustration, I returned to my house at 11:40 pm to consume what I originally ordered (almost two hours later).

This has been by far the worst Domino's experience I've had in my life. The order took more than 2 hours and 30 minutes. I received an undercooked, cold and disgusting pizza. Not to mention the cold Bread bites. This store does not seem to be able to operate as a Domino's franchise store. The tracker said the order was being inspected for more than an hour. Would think twice about eating in Domino's ever again in my life. Would not order from this place even if I would starve to death.

I would just like to take a minute and give this Specific team/ establishment a well deserved praise, they are always nice and polite. I can see they always go above and beyond for each and every customer and I/we my family and I, really appreciate that. Quick story I order from another store 30 minutes before for closing and it look like it was being prepared and then boom they cancelled it & I had to find that out from the person I sent for pick up the order they locked the door and didn't say anything I told him to leave because the app said canceled . Worried I have 5 children here to feed last min what should do, I said to myself with only 15 mins to spare I know the dominoes on federal won't let me down. Placed the order and it was ready Before my tracker was even complete lol my app still said baking. I just want to say you guys are amazing truly amazing. This team was perfectly hand pick.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at around 7:30pm, after seeing in Quality Control, for 15 minutes I tried calling. No one would answer the phone. I actually had to Uber to pick up my own pizza, which now was over an hour sitting on the counter. They didn’t even have an original Coca Cola! Ordered another Uber to get home. IT WAS THE WORST PIZZA! Can’t believe all that for a terrible pizza. Never again. Don’t ever order from this place. Awful.

It was a friday night, June 3 I ordered online at 8:15pm, which was confirmed as order 936 and the tracker reflected "Prep" and "Bernard was "preparing my order at 8:15". From then until 9pm nothing happened. So I called the store; all I got was this annoying repeating loop message that someone at the store would answer soon. No one did after 15 min so I drove to the store to find it locked but 2 customers inside, along with a man I later found out was Bernard and another man who was described as a delivery driver. They initially would not open saying they were closed ( it now roughly 9:20pm.) But they eventually let a furious me in. What I found out was that my order had never been prepared at all, no one was answering the phone, which I had kept on and was still giving the annoying lying loop. And the tracker still showed my order being prepped over an hour later. In fact I found out my order, while still showing on their screen- had never been actioned at all. BUT it was NOT Bernard fault as common sense showed he was actually trying to do all the orders by himself- an impossible task. He had been told to man this company store alone as if all ok. It was NOT and shame on Domino's for doing this to the poor guy and all their customers. Bernard did his best to finish the other 2 customers orders, the same thing had happened to them. actually ordered before me. Bernard, as a superb customer relations job, made my order. We all hear about staffing problems, but for Domino's to make this lone man try to run an entire store, making pizzas, cooking, boxing, taking payment, answering phones was once again impossible. Domino's should have closed the store, instead they took the orders online knowing full well fulfilling them would be impossible. There was nothing Bernard could do. It needs be noted several more people arrived wanting their pizzas, they were NOT let in.

Placed order for my pizza via credit card at 8.27pm. online webpage said 31-41 minutes for delivery. Tried calling thr store twice, each time I was placed on hold without being able to say anything. On the second attempt, I was placed on hold for 6 mins and 42 seconds. I terminated the call. The on-line web page said my pizza arrived and that I should be enjoying it as at 9.05pm. Pizza finally arrived at 9.30pm. It was still warm and tasted ok, but the customer service via the telephone and real-time interface via the webpage for updates needs some work where the delivery aspect is concerned. Will go to store next time as I was not pleased with how the on line timeframe was managed. Expectation as guided by the online time schedule was not met.
