I liked it better before they remodeled it. They were supposed to bring my food order to my table, but they just left it on the counter. The sign clearly stated to wait at the table, and food is on the way. I heard my table number called, and they let it sit on the front counter. Is am not happy about this business practice.
Nothing has changed in a year. Still the same. My sentiment has not changed. I am indifferent.

This is a small McDonald's in our neighborhood. The staff here is amazing. It always looks like they are enjoying their work and coworkers.

We tried using a self order device and it did not work. We would have liked it if we were able to just go up to the counter especially when no one else was there. It should be part of the experience, a friendly smile as they take your money and make change and someone saying you have a nice day. Was always a better experience.

Would have given it five stars no one stayed near the front to the whole staff continued to stay in the back I was trying to ask for a cup water and some napkins to wipe our table stood there for at least twenty minutes and the whole time they walked by at anytime no one asked if I needed help and the one girl that did come to the front o asked her for the cup of water and napkins she looked at me like that's not my job

I can't speak for all locations obvi but that particular Mc Donald in 2700 N Federal HWY Fort Lauderdale, is top service.My food was so fresh I had to wait for them to them to cook it,the manager on duty was courteous too. Overall it was a great experience.

Always busy, yet still quick & efficient. I'm pleased to say the customer service here is great. The food has been hot & fresh, and my orders have been correct. I have only been through the drive thru here, so I can not comment on the inside. I make my visit seamless by using their app & have not been disappointed yet!

I downloaded my awesome McDonald’s app for the first time and was given a free Big Mac as appreciation for the download.
I walked through the app process of ordering and asked the woman if I was doing it right. She didn’t seem yo have too much knowledge or care about it. Anyway - I ordered fries with my free Big Mac, used my QR code at the window and they ended up charging me for the full amount. It gives you 15 minutes to redeem free food, so I ran inside and redeemed it with a manager. Did i need two Big Macs? No. Did we eat two Big Macs? Yes. And I swear the free one tastes better!

Decent place to chill out no one will bother you they also have two TV's overall a cool place! Very nice employees just make sure you treat them with the same respect!

I visited two nights ago and had a great experience with Chelsea. She took my order, made sure everything was correct and had a friendly demeanor. After my first order, I saw that I could get a free sandwich with the points that I had. I lingered by the register and she asked if I wanted to put in another order. I said yes and ordered it. Never any attitude and she was patient while I pulled up the app so that it can be scanned to get the free sandwich. She made sure my food was hot and I received it in a timely manner. She gave me enough condiments and wished me a good night. I was happily surprised by this experience and wanted to say thank you so much Chelsea! Two thumbs up and a fantastic 5 star customer service experience!!! :)

Food was tasty. Although the fries were stone cold. I can see why the Chick Fil-A next door is slammed for lunch and this place was dead. People in drive-thru have a real attitude here. Very rude.

Just returned home from going to the drive thru (only because Chick-fil-A was closed). I was given a hash brown without a bag and had the hot oil run right down my left pointer finger. When I screamed the employee only came back to the window and told me that "you scared the crap out of me". Such a professional response when I had told him that the oil had just poured down and burned my finger!! Who gives food without a bag? Who does not drain food? Attempted to call the MOD and there was no answer. Called the 1-800 but they closed at 7pm. My finger is still in pain.
