I liked it better before they remodeled it. They were supposed to bring my food order to my table, but they just left it on the counter. The sign clearly stated to wait at the table, and food is on the way. I heard my table number called, and they let it sit on the front counter. Is am not happy
This is a small McDonald's in our neighborhood. The staff here is amazing. It always looks like they are enjoying their work and coworkers.
We tried using a self order device and it did not work. We would have liked it if we were able to just go up to the counter especially when no one else was there. It should be part of the experience, a friendly smile as they take your money and make change and someone saying you have a nice day. Wa

I can't speak for all locations obvi but that particular Mc Donald in 2700 N Federal HWY Fort Lauderdale, is top service.My food was so fresh I had to wait for them to them to cook it,the manager on duty was courteous too. Overall it was a great experience.
