I ordered on my app at 6 am couldn't go inside. I had to walk up to drive thru window. I was told that I would have to wait 15 minutes for an order I saw sitting on the counter. Mgr said she had to count the drawer because of shift change. She lied said she was the only there when I clearly saw 2 others. I am not going back there. I tried to give benefit of the doubt. I hadn't been there 3 years because of horrible service then

I go here before school sometimes as it’s half a mile away. 90% of the time, my order is wrong. Even if it’s not wrong, the food is inedible. My coffee is normally watered down and every time I ask for no whipped cream, there’s whipped cream on it. I order a bagel and ask for it toasted and it’s not even warmed. Then to fix this problem I ask for it extra toasty to emphasize I would like it toasted and it’s completely burnt. My bagel sandwich this morning was hard as a rock and not even toasted so it was probably stale. I’ve given this place several chances as I work in the restaurant business so I know how things go, but this is a consistent problem.

Best one Ive ever dealt with...I literally go every morning to get my latte or I wont make it through the day!! They definitely make the best ones yet!! Even over Starbucks!!

It's a shame the employees are costing the store money. Showed up at 7:51 at the drive-thru supposed to close at 8:00 waited there for 5 minutes no response went to the window and was given the hand signal that they were closed instead of waiting till 8:00 like they're supposed to be closed and start their cleaning then.

After lunch / 441 DD can’t get what I order So I drive here (🙄) No expreso after 1 pm Th coffe I pay $3 should been free was there all day and the machines always down Same as 441 only the morning team Is fully available efficient and great Go after 1pm it’s like McDonald’s at 4am U loosing money with Lauzy employees

I tried ordering a coffee; note the operative. It was a real simple order not difficult and yet they couldn't get it right on three tries. Just a coffee. I shutter to think if I ordered a doughnut! Never again

Why are employees sitting out back yelling to customers at 7:40pm that we are closed. If your hours of operation have changed please update your times. If not, your employee is stealing time and to lazy to do their job.

This place cannot get a single order correct. Always an issue. Poor food quality/ missing items/massive lines. Do yourself a favor and try another Dunkin because the people that work here literally do not care.
