I go here before school sometimes as it’s half a mile away. 90% of the time, my order is wrong. Even if it’s not wrong, the food is inedible. It's a shame the employees are costing the store money. I tried ordering a coffee; note the operative. It was a real simple order not difficult and yet they couldn't get it right on three tries. Just a coffee. I shutter to think if I ordered a doughnut! Never again

Why are employees sitting out back yelling to customers at 7:40pm that we are closed. If your hours of operation have changed please update your times. If not, your employee is stealing time and to lazy to do their job.

This place cannot get a single order correct. Always an issue. Poor food quality/ missing items/massive lines. Do yourself a favor and try another Dunkin because the people that work here literally do not care.
