The staff is polite and service fairly efficient. Food is decent. A bit of outdoor seating. A bit chilly inside. Really good wifi, good spot to work, but hardly anywhere to plug in for laptops/phones so tough to spend a day working there.

I just love this place. Great flavor and service. I also really like the coffee. Had the you pick two with a Mac and cheese sandwich and turkey Chilli. And our 8 yr old son had a kid meal which had a great taste and he loved it given that he's a picky eater.

Hello,
Today, I placed an order through uber eats. I received the wrong order, called the store and spoke with the manager. She was very sweet and handled the situation immediately and had Susy the caterer deliver my correct order. I just wanted to thank you all for delivering my order.
I wasn't upset because I understand how hectic lunchtime gets. That is another reason why I did not request a refund because it was the right thing to do as my issue was diligently resolved and I did receive my order in the end. Thank you Panera Bread!! :)

Ordered delivery for lunch and had a few issues with getting the order (that was Door Dash’s fault).
When I called Panera to let them know the issues, Laura was a huge help and reassured me that they would remake the food and use one of their staff to bring it. This is going way above and beyond! I used to work for Panera and I’m glad that other cafes are just as amazing! Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service and great food! You guys made my day a lot better!

We are a women’s group and met up for an early morning book exchange over hot coffee and Panera’s delicious pastries. The staff was very friendly and we had a nice cozy spot in the back corner of the restaurant. It was a great experience.

The cashier was friendly, efficient and professional. My order was taken promptly. Short wait for them to get my order to me. The only reason for four stars and not five was the dining area was a little messy. The tables and seating area needed to be cleaned.

As a former resident of St. Louis this will always be St. Louis bread co. It's a great lunch choice! Try the u-pick-2 that way you can try a little of everything!

Don't judge a place based on staff, avoid Tammy. Different staff work at different times, I visited on a weekday in the early morning. Beautiful establishment inside and out. Quiet and tranquil. Great and friendly staff. High quality, and premium taste, but not over priced! If you don't have a Panera bread nearby it's worth going the extra mile, because they go the extra mile to bring you the best. Wide verity of dishes, better than Starbucks and Dunkin donuts by far. This is the premiere Cafe.
