I sent cookies to my step-mom for Easter there was a Cookies By Design near her nursing home so I knew they would get there in time. My step-mom was so happy to receive them and I told her because the company was close by I could send them again and she was very happy to hear that. I also go a courtesy call from the store to let me know the cookies had been delivered. Great customer service and a lovely product.
