Great new Build your own Bento Box for $9.99. This was perfect for me. Portions we're great. All in one ...main course, rice, sushi, greens. Very friendly service. Very good Variety of drinks at the machine. Powerade, soda etc.

The place was great and the customer service was very friendly. I had the Mongolian beef with fried rice. The food came quick and it was good. It didn't take long to order the food. Will be coming back again.

I have been to many pei Wei restaurants, this one by far has the best quality and service I have experienced. David,Randy, and Jay / plus the crew have always shown me respect and provided exceptional service. I currently work at bestbuy as a mobile sales associate; where I work in a customer service oriented experience type for my store. These guys especially Dave, treat their guest like how I treat mine. With the up most respect. The food is always on point, and the taste is similar to a 5 star experience. I will always come back to this location and refer any and all who I come in contact with to come here! Thank you guys for the exceptional customer service. You guys care about your job and those who come to visit.

There’s a little bit of everything to eat... why not get a few choices...always leave room for the fortune cookies.

This was my first of what will be many visits to Pei Wei. The food is made to order and delivered very fast to our table. I ordered the Teriyaki tofu and vegetables with lo mein noodles. The portions were generous and flavored perfectly. The vegetables were bright and had a nice crisp texture. Not greasy or drowning in a greasy sauce like many other Asian-inspired restaurants. I wish I had some leftovers to take home.

Not sure why all the negative reviews. This is not a 5 star white table cloth dining experience people! I have been coming here for a long time. Food is amazing every time, staff is always friendly and accommodating. It’s fast, consistent, and fairly inexpensive. Keep up the good work!

A classic fast casual-esque restaurant that serves a selection of typical Asian dishes in a warm, relaxing environment. The dishes served are well cooked and are great for the price. The service and employees are considerable; however, infrequently, food is served at a slow pace. In addition, the take-out service is normal; at times, food is served fast or slow depending on time of day and amount of orders. Overall, this dining place is perfect for casual social gatherings or to relax by yourself.

Finally this location catches up to itself. Now it is clean and efficient, with friendly staff and the food is consistently goid. It used to be a two-star Pei Wei but management has stepped up and made the improvements needed. It’s asian style fast food served fresh, and made to order. Good job!

May be not a meat lover's haven but definitely refuge for anyone "craving" a vegetarian fare amidst the seafood galore. I ordered for a coconut curry veggie n tofu bowl, and I liked what I got and ate. My husband had a fried rice n shrimp bowl with crab wontons - and both of us ate to our fill and some more. So, no complaints there. <br/>But admittedly, the service is a little slow - so maybe order a small plate for a quick fill before the main entree.<br/><br/>So, will I go again? Umm...if I want my money's worth of veggies and health with some meat thrown in, perhaps I will.

Meal was late, but worst was its customer service. (The Sesame Chicken was too salty, but edible if you ate it with a lot of rice.) I posted on Twitter about how delayed the service was. They asked for my email to follow up. In that email was just stock template reply. The things they were asking for was already provided. Not only that, they said "We will follow up with our Team immediately, as we take Guest feedback seriously!"<br/><br/>They don't.<br/><br/>I've been going to Pei Wei forever because of sentimental reasons. One of my teammates after golf practice always went to eat at Pei Wei. But since they use stock messages and don't really care to improve customer experience, I do not recommend. <br/><br/>If food was decent, probably could've let this go. But this was enough for me to stop going to Pei Wei forever. <br/><br/>(FYI -- They offered to give me a free meal. I rejected it because I would've been a hypocrite.)

Generally good for a quick light bite. The dishes come with preselected vegetables so if you are a vegetarian, make sure that you are getting the ones that you would like. Lettuce cups instead of rice a healthy low carb option. Staff are friendly and helpful, but it is geared towards formula protein cooking. The ability to select or omit ingredients like Chipotle would be nice.<br/> Coke dispenser is genius- exotic flavours unobtainable elsewhere. Two distinct iced teas that are complementary to the Asian dishes.<br/> Kids sticker sets are great. Lack of music or and semblance of zen disappointing. Basically a fancy Panda...

Just plain pathetic. What a joke. Service and staff were as bad as it gets.

Wow it is bad. The vegetables were raw and my beef was blue. When the manager tried to make it right, the cook sent a bowl of steamed veggies. It is just astounding how bad a lunch for 1 at near 13usd is. I will not return.

Fast and affordable. I will definitely go back, if not for amything at least for the cool soft drink machine. There's got to be at least 100 option.

Confirmed. This is without a doubt the worst food in Lauderdale. Absolute rubbish. Bland, tough and dry chicken. Crab wontons greasy. Better off going hungry.

Great food. Excellent service.

Overall Good, Reasonable, Quick Asian Fare. Pei Wei is not by any means the best Asian food out there, BUT read the title. FYI: stay away from the chicken, which is chewy and tough etc. Anyway, I'd recommend one of the noodle bowls that comes with (a generous amount of) shrimp!!

HORRIBLE!. Without doubt this is the worst meal I have EVER eaten in Fort Lauderdale. The food was so salty I was unable to eat it....and I like salt. The dish - a stir fried Korean dish actually tasted rancid. I called the manager over. She did take it off the bill but asked if I'd like it to go. What a joke! This was at around 8PM and the place was very dirty, the floors covered in debris. NEVER AGAIN! It really is awful.

Store needs work. Ordered online around 7:30 pm - said pick up would be at 8:05. When we checked out it got moved to 8:30. Called store to see if they could honor 8:00 pm pick up because i have little kids. They said "no, that is up to the chef. there is nothing we can do. your order will be ready at 8:30. at 8:00 my phone rings and it is chris from pei wei asking if I was hungry because my order was ready and just coming up. i explained what happened earlier when i called about moving time to 8. his reply was that i should have spoken to him. (as if we are friends or something!) My husband flew over there to pick up the food and was back in 10 minutes. the food was terrible! Gummy and old! Overcooked chicken and beef, noodles that were dry and sticking together. Terrible food experience and terrible staff experience...long way to go at this store.

I enjoyed Pei Wei very much. The place was very busy when i went but the wait wasn't very long at all. Food was great and cheap. I definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Not thrilled with the wonton soup. Only received 3 wontons in a bowl of soup for about $5.00.

If you're looking for a decent lunch with an asian flair, this place is fine. Authentic it's not.
