Checked in with no issues and the staff was great. We did not get to explore the grounds much due to events we had planned. However, the pool area was nice and the hotel was clean. Short walk tot he beach is very convenient with the accommodation of lounge chairs. Many restaurants and bars on the strip.
We did have an issue with our bathroom that took way to o long to fix. We reported it shortly after checking in and then again the next day to two different front desk staff. Finally had to ask for a manger and it was taken care of right away. I also did not like the solicitation of vacation stays by the members located in the lobby and at the pool area. They were friendly, but I am on vacation. The solicitation is not welcomed. A better alternative may be to set up a desk and allow visitors to approach if they like.

Kevin is very helpful and knowledgeable. We thank him for making our experience memorable .The hallways had a raw fish smell which did not give a pleasant return to the room. Food and drinks were also great.

Hotel is really nice and so are the employees. They did not tell us that our room was in the secondary build, so we looked for a long time for it. Also, the marina was super noisy at 430 AM, people were yelling at 6 AM in the hall, our bathroom door creaked extremely loud, and the furnace quite dirty. The cookies were delicious!

If you have children this is a great choice. There is direct, easy and safe access to the beach, meaning, you do not have to cross the busy street, there is a bridge. Kids eat breakfast free which is nice because little ones don't eat much. The pool area is fun and energetic. We plan on staying again.

Loved the location. Rooms are spacious. A bit worn out. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. We had a balcony with a view of a bay and boats- was beautiful.

I really enjoyed my stay for my family vacation. The hotel is beautiful. There are two buildings connected by a bridge. I noticed the main building is much nicer than the other building. However, the balcony in the main building did not have chairs and a table like the other side.
My family was greeted with a smiles, warm cookies, and water. We enjoyed the restaurant our first night. The dinner food selection was well seasoned. The hot breakfast was just okay. The daily drinks were good. The bartender, Oscar, was friendly and helpful.
The staff’s friendliness was amazing. I would recommend this hotel.

Nice place, secure, beachfront, great views. A little issue with service in room but nothing to really complain about much. Would have been nice to know they were prepping for the international boat show so all the docks were empty of the normal to do list things... But all in all,a nice place to stay.

I hate to rate this place because it's an unfair evaluation. Due to the flooding that they had in the rooms facing the ocean. the rooms were damp and very smelly. We could not stay there so they a voided our reservation. But the room itself and the view was perfect. The location was perfect. The staff was wonderful in working with us.

I'm writing this while at the resort, hoping the $501.89 hold on my credit card goes away like they promise it will when I check out tomorrow. I'm here alone for two nights. That's a hell of an expensive hold when all I owe is $37 per night .😵💫 I'll edit my review if anything goes wrong there. But the service was hospitable and friendly. Elizabeth at the front desk was a joy. The bartenders, especially the ones at the pool (Chris, Lucie, etc), were always so kind and welcoming!
My room wasn't as bad as what other reviewers have said. I definitely didn't feel it was very clean though. Found a contact lens on the bathroom tile floor (see picture). I don't wear contacts.🤢 There were hairs in the shower and the balcony is literally 1 foot wide....don't expect to sit out there with a book or a cup of coffee or anything. See pic of balcony with water bottles to show the size. Also check your in-room coffee pot before using.
The resort is fine. Outdated for sure, but the pedestrian bridge to get your across the road to access the beach was wonderful! The people made it worth it!
Lots of dining options within walking distance....Coconuts, Senor Frogs, 411 Bar and Grille, Bubba's Shrimp Company, and myriad others!

I had a terrific stay during a quick three day two night trip for a business seminar.
The location was wonderful. I too a five mile walk each morning on a beautiful brick walkway by the beach. It is also close to many restaurants and bars facing the beach.
There is an elevated walkway. turn left and you are at the beach. Turn right and you are at a relaxing second floor outdoor pool area.
All the staff was friendly and helpful.

The staff starting at the front desk, to the bartender and table waiters in the lobby, to the room cleaners, were all VERY friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and everything was in working order. The marina had plenty of slips available, was always clean and felt secure. I highly recommend staying here especially if you come to boat..

First, I like the room, just a hair small and that is why I gave them a four. However, we are here for vacation, so not much need other than sleep. Beds are really comfortable. The service at this hotel is second to none. They have checked on my wife and I every day and before we got here. They are awesome and if you need something it is, bam, right here on the jiffy. The location is awesome. They are the only resort that has a bridged access to the beach, so no need to worry about traffic. Awesome place and will be back.
