One of my favorite resorts EVER! We had been going to this resort every year to every other year for quite some time because my husband attended a conference taking place there. We hadn't gone in a few years and were so excited to be going back. We spent a week at the resort, which is absolutely gorgeous. In the time we were gone, they updated the entire place and made some wonderful smart modifications all which serve the guests very well. The Spa is absolutely wonderful and I had 3 different services during my stay. I remembered Sandy who did my pedicure from years past and she recognized me as well. She does great work. My facial and Moroccan Oil Scalp Treatment were both equally relaxing and well done. The Spa facilities are top notch and very comfortable. The premises are in immaculate condition, the beach is wonderful (if you like that kind of thing) and the pool is perfect. They even put flags on the lounge chairs so if you want to order something while sunning beside the pool, you put up the flag and a waiter knows to come see you. Beats being asked, if you want to order, all the time. The food at the pool comes from the resort's Sea Level Restaurant and doesn't disappoint. We were excited to go there for lunch when we arrived and we had dinner there as well. We also enjoyed room service. The Concierge recommended very good restaurants. Love this place!
Absolutely fabulous place to go with the entire family. We have the best time everytime we stay here. Staff was amazing. We can't wait to go back next year!! 5 star service from the minute you walk through the doors, you are treated like royalty. All day entertainment for entire family, private beach, kids club, swimming pool is amazing. Beach volleyball, DJ, hair braiding, henna tattoos, bingo, tons of outdoor games, tennis, basketball, amazing fitness center the list is endless!! Make sure you book in advance or you will have a hard time getting a room. Make sure you wake up by 6 am to put your towels down or you won't have chairs. The cabanas are amazing too.
Fun day at the pool amazing pool music from the DJ. Everyone was even dancing in their lounge chairs.
My husband and I came down for a few days before we had to be in Hollywood Florida for a conference. The hotel was awesome! The room was more than we expected and the view was awesome. The pool was crowded but that's to be expected at a tourist location! We found a seat to accommodate us and the pool was refreshing. The beach attendants were on spot! Looking forward to our next visit!
Enjoyed an excellent brunch at Riva, the service was great and the view from outdoor seating was perfect. I truly enjoyed my egg whites omelette made to order...
We stay here as often as possible and they never cease to amaze me . Great service, great facility, great amenities, amazing staff, and just perfection .

Hotel staff was amazing! They seemed to go out of their way to accommodate any needs. Room was great and the amenities were very nice. Our only complaint was the Wi-Fi service-it just wasn't reliable.
Awesome place, and the staff is amazing. They make you feel like family.
Best spot on the Beach. Hotel is super clean, staff is great and rooms are spacious with incredible Ocean Views.
Came here three times during my stay, and it was great every time. I especially liked the Cuban burrito that had sweet plantains in it; it was a unique and delicious variation on the common breakfast burrito that I often get. They also had a good looking breakfast buffet, but I didn't get it, because I enjoyed their main entrees. Would go again!
This is one of the best place to have breakfast. They have breakfast buffet for $36/person and they also have a-la cart menu other than buffet. We tried both the options and we weren’t disappointed. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. Enjoy the morning breakfast with ocean view. Definitely recommend it!
We enjoyed Christmas dinner at Riva. Service was excellent; our waitress was delightful. A limited menu due to covid. Food was had cooled slightly when it came out but it was delicious. Lovely restaurant and resort.
The service I have received from Kristina and Karla, and every single server at Riva was top notch and on point. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! Over the top amazing customer service! We will always stay at this hotel because of them.
Excellent breakfast buffet. They had so many great choices and toppings. I don't eat pork so I was glad to see they had chicken sausage as an alternative breakfast meat.
Went for Christmas dinner with hubby food was amazing was a buffet all you can eat. Waitress we had was awesome! Definitely will go back to eat there again 😋

In a neighborhood where breakfast places tend to be either so popular that they become too crowded, or are just plain terrible, Pat's is a refreshing change. The breakfasts are excellent here, and other than recently on Sundays there is no wait for a table. You will never experience things like burned eggs here, like I have in other neighborhood places. The food is consistently good.
Food and drinks are very exquisite. Went for a surprise dinner and atmosphere and vibes were good. Expensive taste with different selections. Server was great with our needs and wants. Chicken entree very delicious. Succotash was spicy but very flavorful and delicious. The oysters were amazing and I don’t even eat oysters! Thanks for a warm experience and surprise for my friend. Also the go go cups for the drinks!
Very nice service buffet was also nice just wish it was a little more fresh but the taste was still great and the fresh waffles were amazing! I was also watching the cook the over easy eggs with skill!
Excellent service! Fantastic food and a lovely view. Buffet comes with complimentary mimosa. Kids under 5 eat free. I will he back for sure. Everyone here was very friendly towards me and my son.

I've eaten at a lot of conference Hotel buffets. The food was very fresh, tasty and worth the exorbitant price. That's something I don't say quite often.
The hotel may not have been prepared for the size of conference that was present in their hotel. On the first day, they did not have seating for the amount of guests that we're looking to eat there. Many conference guess we're unable to eat. There were no places within a reasonable walking distance. I mention this to the manager, Alan, and he more than made up for the inconvenience. Alan was extremely accommodating. They provided a great service and made lunch possible on the second day of the conference.
Annie is a server here. But you wouldn't know that by her high quality customer service. She carries herself as if she is a manager or assistant manager. I was floored by her professionalism, friendliness and she, with Alan, made our stay extremely pleasurable. I highly recommend this place. When you eat there, make sure to contact Alan or Annie and your stay will be exponentially improved.
Breakfast buffet was amazing! There is an omelet bar, eggs benidict, all different types of sweets, meats, bread, and fruit. A ton of options. The waitress was very nice and gave us to go cups! There is outside ocean front seating, but I did not go out due to wind. We will visit it again on our next trip!

👍👍👍👍👍 Well done I must say my experience was excellent the food was exceptional and the service was equally as good. The wide selection of foods was amazing and surprisingly priced reasonably. I can see myself coming back again. The place was clean and properly maintained great job.
The breakfast buffet is located in a nice área. The buffet is fresh but nothing special, basically The same thing you can get anywhere
Great experience at their Thanksgiving holiday dinner! The food was fresh, menu creative, and we enjoyed a patio view of the ocean that was stunning. Highly recommended! Staff was excellent.
The buffet and mimosas were heavenly. The wait time was longer than expected even with having a reservation. But it was well worth the wait. Great price for the quality of food. The service was amazing as well.
