Review Lester's Diner - Fort Lauderdale

From out of town, stopped here based upon the reviews. We were quickly seated, quickly ordered, food came quickly. Our server was very nice, friendly & efficient. The food was delicious. I ordered a skillet, my wife ordered eggs & pancakes. The biscuit that came with mine was fantastic. The potatoes were great, just the right amount of crispy and wonderful flavor. I really have nothing bad to say.. I'd eat here regularly if I was a local.

I can’t say enough about this place. It’s always spot on and is a hit with the entire family. You won’t be disappointed in anything you order and they have a 24-7 breakfast 🥞 that’s delicious. There has never been a wait for me and they are open anytime day or night. Customer service is great and the place is clean and price is right. If you’re in town try it.

Lester's is amazing. Our server Janet was as amazing as the food. I had the Greek combo and I highly recommend it. Unfortunately, it was the last meal before me and my girlfriend broke up 😕 but the food and service makes it a good memory 🙂. Yea, it's that good. 👍🏽

What a gem on the way to everywhere. Very easy to get into and it's near the port and airport. Not to forget the food was very good! I had the Florentine Eggs Benedict with home fries. The benedict was great, sorry not a fan of home fries but it came with. I wasn't famished so I just ate the eggs. Can't wait to come back again.

I recommend to everyone! I didn’t intend to come in, but thanks to Victor (a restaurant employee) I came in and didn’t regret it at all. It was something, steak with shrimp pasta, pizza was just a gastronomic delight, and the sauce for the meat cannot be described in words... You just have to eat and eat with pleasure. Very attentive, friendly staff. I'm satisfied, strong five stars! Many thanks to Victor👍

We just love to get breakfast at diners when we're visiting the USA. The ambiente is very special and is not comparable with diner-type restaurants in Europe. This place is clean and the food is very tasty.

Was pleasantly surprised by this diner. The decor and atmosphere is great. The service was top notch. And the food…was awesome! I had the country fried steak with sausage gravy and it was phenomenal! My partner had the Spartan Omelette-think a gyro in an omelette and it was one of the best things I’ve ever had/tried and he LOVED it. Our friend had the 2+2+2 and had no complaints. We will be back if in the area again!

Had breakfast there today. Food was good. Server was kinda rude. They were busy but she really cost the business money. When some of the people in our group were asking about potential substitutions on their meals she quickly snapped back staying no. Things come as they are on menu. When she probably should have offered requested substitutes as extra sides for additional fee. We had a discussion amongst ourselves about that and all agreed we would have done that. Instead we made different selections and left it at that. So just my opinion, the restaurant does well from the amount of customers I saw. But I know restaurant margins are tight so maybe give some extra training on offering sides at a additional fee to keep customers happy and make a little more profit. Also remind staff of the importance of being nice to the customer to keep them coming back.

We were waiting to check into our resort so we stopped at Lester's for breakfast. This was my first time here and the place is quaint and clean. Wasn't to busy upon our arrival so we were seated right away. The waitress was professional , our food was amazing, hot and tasty!!! The price isn't hard on the wallet. The location is good, very close to airport. I would definitely recommend eating at Lester's.

I've never ordered anything that I didn't enjoy, the food is delicious. The Greek London Broil is my absolute favorite. Service is excellent usually pretty quick, even when it's busy. Love Lesters for Life!

Service was excellent from Kayla. Came in at 5.30 am after dropping off my sister at the airport. Breakfast came out hot, fresh and fast. The poached eggs were excellent. The only disappointment was the country gravy over my biscuit - a bit too vinegary...for my taste. But otherwise, Kayla was wonderful, and the food was hot and fresh.

I ordered the Lester 3 on 3 special and it was good for the most part. The sausage were juicy, the French toast was scrumptious. The eggs need a bit of improvement. If they were a little more creamy, then it is a grand slam. For the price, it was great. Would definitely recommend this place

Walking in, it is a diner. All-day breakfast as well as assorted lunch/dinner options. This is a staple place for so many. You get that diner feel. Service is always great every time I come from the amazing staff that have so many that have been here for literal decades. A mix of patrons from the coffee hounds to younger 20 and 30-somethings. Fun nostalgic feel for those that remember that diner experience. Soldi traffic all the time so you know, they are killing what they do. Great job.
