Had breakfast at El Vez W Hotel today and happy to report the food, ambiance, feel of the place exceeded my expectations. Ordered the Huevos Rancheros which were to die for. Treated like royalty by the staff who know me from being a Steak 954 regular. Highly recommend you try this place. Will be back for sure!!
First of all the view is awesome �. Food is great, service even better. Great happy hour menu and wonderful vibe that makes u want to stay awhile. My new spot.

It was a wonderful evening so we took a table on their patio. Great food, great service and great view of the beach. We had the chips & salsa, Mahi Mahi & chicken tacos & the black beans & rice. After all this, needless to say, no dessert. Our waitress, Ana, was a gem.
Everything was very tasty. The Kale Caesar Salad seemed to be vegan and very different from a real Caesar Salad. But it tasted very good. The Tuna Tostadas were our favorite - super delicious and very well seasoned. The Carnitas Tacos were very juicy and tasty with plenty of pork belly, shoulder, and raw onions.
Loved the view and food ! We reserved a table ahead so wait time was zero . Ordered the make your own tacos (chicken ) and chips . Also ordered a margarita. All good . Highly recommend
We sat at the bar on a Friday, and it ended up being a happy hour. The bar was busy, but the bartender was attentive. The food tasted good and was flavorful.
Chris the bartender was absolutely AMAZING. He was super kind, caring and knowledgeable about the menu. Provided great recommendations for both food and cocktails. I was definitely shocked by the luxury level of service he provided.
P.S. you MUST ask him for his Spicy Golden Mezcal Margarita it was delicious.
Good drinks better guacamole. We just got to the W hotel and needed food. This restaurant is located downstairs, has a beautiful oceanfront view, and the food is a touch expensive for what you are getting but it’s very tasty.
The view inside and outside of the bar is spectacular! The service was great. It was well worth the time and money spent! If your looking for a enjoyable experience this spot will not let you down.
Such an incredible experience from beginning to end. The customer service was incredible! The food was out of this world! Honestly, I was skeptical about the pricing however, the food is worth the price. My only bad thing to say about it was the portion sizes. For what I'm paying I want MORE. However, I was very satisfied at the end of the meal so it wasn't a big deal. All and all I recommend you going there and having some food! Also, the steak tacos are REALLY good too 😋
Long time Fort Lauderdale diner first time visit. Food was spectacular and atmosphere was top notch. Will for sure be back!
