I hosted a Meetup Dinner at Las Vegas Cuban Cuisine last night. It was large party of 35 and I was impressed with the total service we received. Guest were seated quickly and drink orders were taken. Soon after food orders. The menu offers a variety of food and the waitstaff was courteous and friendly answering questions and making possible suggestions when asked. The food arrived much quicker than I had expected. Service was prompt and for party of this size I found the quality of service and food to be exceptional. We were very surprised at how large the portions were and many took food home. Everyone in my party seem to be happy with their choice! Thanks for a great evening of great Cuban food and conversations.

Delicious food and large portions. Great pricing as well. Went here twice during my 10 day visit to Fort Lauderdale. Service a bit slow, took awhile to get our drinks the second visit.

Okay I love Cuban food and this is some of the best Vaca Frita I have ever had as was the Caldo Gallego. I am including a picture of the receipt. We shared a meal and I had a bowl of the soup as well got a Corti Dito and Flan to go. Great food and service and more than reasonable

Our meal was incredible, tasty, authentic and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the fried fish filet and/or the churrasco . The fish was seasoned and lightly dusted with flour. The steak was very tender.

OMG, the food was amazing!!! The service was excellent starting with the hostess who was very sweet and accommodating, to the waiter, even the lady refilling your water cup!! The ropa vieja with congri and platanitos was superb. My wife had the fish and shrimp in salsa verde, dee-lucious! And to finish, the flan, WOW! Next time we’re in town, coming back !!

The wait staff was very warm and friendly. The food was amazing and I felt at home the whole time. It reminded me a lot of my abuela's house. The prices are very reasonable, for such awesome food.

I love Las Vegas rest. I gave them 4 because my waiter was a little serious, I like friendly waiters. And I dine in, and I also ordered take out. I was missing the bread when I got home. But overall the food and service is fantastic!

Kind, attentive service. Great food. We ordered the Las Vegas combination for the two of us ladies to share and it was plenty of food. Granted, it was the first time we've had Cuban cuisine, but we couldn't imagine it being much better than this. The atmosphere was clean and comfortable. Quite enough to sit, talk, and enjoy each other's company at dinner time. My only regret is that I didn't order a cocktail. They look delicious.

Nice environment, food is just okay not great. Had the ropa veija which is usually one of my favorites but here it was just okay. Tried the flan as recommended and it too was just okay. Pretty badly won't return.

Wish I could vote Zero stars. Wish I could vote zero stars. The steak sandwich was flavorless and so chewy, it had to be eaten with ketchup to make it tolerable. The bread seemed like it had been sitting there since the beginning of the week. I could barely bite through it. My fiance ordered the Caldo Giego which came out cold, and tasted like the can that the beans came out of. She also ordered the blandest avocado salad in Florida and a sangria that was basically red wine with a can of fruit cocktail emptied into it.<br/>When we went to make a quiet comment to the manager about how unsatisfied we were with everything, she got very loud, causing a scene in her own restaurant, and basically told us "too bad". No discount on the meal no apology, no nothing.<br/><br/>Don't waste your time or money eating here. The positive comments here are from people who either work there, or have never been to a GOOD Cuban place. Ultimately, this place is a bad coffee window cafe, in the guise of a fancy restaurant.

Since leaving Miami I have missed the Cuban cuisine experience- visiting Ft. Lauderdale we enjoyed it everyday of our stay! Unbelievable authentic Cuban food, fast and friendly service and excellent cafe Cubano - and very affordable... Great experience everyday!

Like Miami. I love this place, it reminds me of the cuban food in Miami. I love their Palomilla Steak! The service could be better I think I started to use my saliva as water before I got a refill from the server, but the food is fantastic. Might go back!

Homey place. While you wait for the main course, try the Plantain chips with the onion garlic dip. We also really enjoyed the Empanadas. And the skirt steak was great! And of course, the black beans.

WORST LOCATION!!!!!. ...2 THUMBS DOWN!!!! Horrible Cooks!!!!! Horrible FOOD!!!!! Horrible waiters!!!!! Horrible parking!!!! THEY MIGHT AS WELL CLOSE THIS LOCATION!!!! If you're in this area drive the extra mile to the Broward Blvd location (bet. University & 441).
