We’re from Chicago so the bar for a Brazilian steakhouse is pretty high. Right off the bat, the restaurant itself is beautiful and the staff is fantastic. Our waiter really prioritized our table and offered exceptional service. I started off at the salad bar and was immediately disappointed. The options weren’t appetizing and I thought the variety and layout could use improvement. Luckily, everything went uphill after a rocky start. The steak overall was good, not great. The best options were the spicy and garlic picanha and the lamb chops. The cheese and honey heaven that was bought around was to die for and I still think about it from time to time-definitely try it! I also recommend the grilled pineapple!
I asked my husband to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and as always it was the best decision, everything was delicious, the wine, the meats and the dessert! I must highlight the excellent service! I certainly have reasons to return.
Everything was delicious. Great service. There are plenty of waiters bringing meat. Great quality meat 🍖 Great fresh selection of sides both hot and cold including rice, cheese, artichokes, and salad 🥗

100/100: Always surprising with their outstanding service and never-ending attention to detail. We visited Lasso Gaucho last night for dinner, but we have also tried their lunch. Every time we choose Lasso Gaucho, it's a delightful experience. You cannot go wrong with Lasso.
Enjoy an "all-you-can-eat" selection of picanha (sirloin), filet mignon, pork ribs, parmesan pork, lamb chops, salmon, shrimp, among many others. Special attention should be given to the cheese and the pineapple. Some meats and cuts come wrapped in bacon, and this is definitely recommended; I am your doctor tonight, and I am telling you: bacon-wrapped is a MUST.
The cold bar offers appetizers, tapas, salads. Strong suggestions are the chicken and corn salad and the caprese salad. Cheeses, ham, and cheese bread are also available. You can also choose from three different types of soups: chicken, veggies, and the delicious stroganoff. During our visit, they served loaded mashed potatoes and sweet plantain (which were also delicious).
On the drink side, my wife ordered a passion fruit rum (cachaça is not rum, but it's the closest comparison I can make at the moment). I ordered an old-fashioned with the house bourbon.
We were almost full and decided to save some space for dessert. We chose the tres leches. It was not overly sweet, dry, or soaked; it was perfect just the way it was.
Again, you cannot go wrong with Lasso Gaucho. I strongly recommend visiting with family or friends. From the host to the manager, every single runner, server, and Nicolas did an outstanding job.

Service - the attention to detail is incredible. We were greeted at the valet and ushered into the restaurant. Chairs were pulled for us to be seated and a few water options (sparkling) were presented to us even before we sat down.
A rotating group of servers constantly cleared our plates, refilled empty glasses, kept a close eye on if everything was to our satisfaction and was very quick to accommodate even the smallest request. The manager checked in on us at least 3-4 times and even recommended the Brazilian beer which was one of the best beers I’ve had. Very refreshing. I would go back for this level of service alone.
Ambiance - fantastic. Very well appointed place which definitely has a very upscale / fine dining vibe to it.
Food - 10/10. Every item in the salad bar was carefully curated and impeccable fresh. The rotating 17 cuts of meat that they bring to you from time to time was delicious. The grilled pineapple was a fantastic touch, I never figured something so simple would be so good.
All in all it was a spectacular A+ experience.

We celebrated our dear friends 80th birthday party and it was nothing short of a carnivorous celebration in every sense. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was set to the perfect tone. The salad bar was exceptional. Each cut of meat was cooked to perfection and the flavor was perfect !
We cannot rave enough about the impeccable service we received. Their enthusiasm for making our celebration special was truly noted. All of our friends raved about the quality of the food, the attention to detail, and their commitment to hospitality was over the top. This establishment is top of the line! We celebrated my husband’s birthday with a large group and they were beyond attentive and accommodating. The food was amazing. The service exceeded expectations even dealing with 20 people, they made it feel like an intimate experience. You will not regret the money well spent at this fine establishment and the staff really goes above and beyond to make you feel as if you are the only patrons there even though they are busy with plenty of other people dining at the same time. Truly amazing service and food is chefs kiss! Wonderful drink service as well. Caipirinha drinks were phenomenal. They even helped take group photo to memorialize our special event. Best dining experience we have had in South Florida, hands down!!!
We went to Lasso Gaucho after other similar restaurants were all booked. What a blessing to find this amazing restaurant! The meat was fresh, of high quality and cooked to perfection. The service was also impeccable. It is, what other Steakhouses should aspire to be! When I give it 5 stars, they earned it in every category. This is my new favorite restaurant in South Florida. 5🌟s
This place is awesome. Everything and I mean everything was delicious. From the sides to the picanha to the lamb, everything was great. Go with the full experience, won't regret it.
