Jimmy John's

Very disappointed! Ordered two days in a row at work and both days had a bad experience. Friday, they completely forgot to bring our drinks and chips and accused us of lying about it! So unprofessional! Second day, it took 50 minutes for our order to arrive. Freaky fast delivery my ass!!! I wish there was another location that would deliver to us at work!

I am used to Jimmy Johns' being extremely prompt on their deliveries and at other locations it has never been an issue. Today my order took close to 35 minutes and it still has not arrived. When I contacted the store to get an eta, the guy who answered the phone (the MANAGER) not only had a annoyed tone, but could not tell me where my order was or when to expect it. Hoping it gets here before my lunch hour is over... (Sandwich was all lettuce and barely anything else! COMPLETE DISAPPOINTMENT) Side note the delivery driver was very nice and professional!! This is the first time I have ever been disappointed in JJ's. In other locations it has been my favorite. Fort Collins Jimmy Johns on College is not a place I will order from again.

Some of the sandwiches are okay, like the Italian. The roast beef is dry and flavorless, the lettuce is terrible shredded iceberg (some strings were over a foot long), every tomato I've gotten is over/under ripe or is an end slice. Worst of all is the BLT. I ordered one with extra crispy bacon, and when it arrived it was cold, prepackaged junk that maybe, quite a long time ago, could have come from an animal. Not sure which one. When I called back to ask if they even cook the bacon there, they said it comes from a plastic package out of the fridge. Lovely. Unless you are within minutes of death by starvation and need food immediately, I would recommend another sandwich shop, preferably a local one that has high quality meats and knows how to make a proper sandwich.

These are the worst sandwiches and worst quality sandwiches I've had in my entire life. My school lunches provided a better sandwich. Not just this Jimmy Johns but all of them. They use the cheapest and grossest ingredients. Their meat probably isn'the what they say it is, it's probably seagulls they kill in the parking lot or something.

I called to place a catering order and the guy who answered tried to pass the call to someone else. Then I heard him say to a co-worker, "You want me to take it?" Then he says,"Uh, can you call back in a little bit?" "How much is a little bit?" "Half an hour." He should have said something to the effect of, "I'm sorry, we're short-handed today. Would you please give me your phone number and I'll call you back in half an hour?" This is Customer Service 101, people. Horrible service. Why should I call back?
