The Rodizio Grill in Fort Collins is my Go To Restaurant when I want a fine meal with the absolute best in Grilled Meats and Salad Bar. The service is excellent and they take good care of us and our guests.. Highly recommend!

Always an enjoyable nice quiet meal here. I’m pregnant and can’t eat rare meat. They went out of their way to grill the meat more and bring me a plate last night. Very pleased as always!!!

I've been in Fort Collins for 7 months now, and have asked about Rodizio Grill at work because I'm Brazilian, and it's hard to find authentic and affordable rodizio in the USA (except in Miami and NYC). Unfortunately the people at work don't think highly of Rodizio Grill... maybe because it's a bit expensive... or maybe because people that don't eat much may think it's not a good value... in any case, my wife and I decided to give it a go. Let me start by saying we were VERY happy and satisfied. The variety of meats served during Saturday lunch was just right: 12 grilled items offered, including my 2 favorites: chicken hearts and 'picanha' (top sirloin), plus grazed pinapple, which was also great. They also had sweet & spicy chicken, which I really loved, even though it's not typical of Sao Paulo, Brazil! Additionally, everyone there gets unlimited Brazilian sides including 'polenta frita', fried banana, and the famous 'pao de queijo'... all of them were excellent. After having a bunch of side dishes and some meat, I decided to check out the salad bar. It is true that it does not compare to the salad bars offered in Sao Paulo, where you typically get 50 salad items, plus 25 hot and side dishes... BUT what they had was just enough for us to get a good sampler of choices... plus they had some unique items not usually offered in Sao Paulo. But who goes to Rodizio Grill for salads anyway. My wife and I don't usually drink, so we can't speak about their alcoholic beverages; but she did order a 'Guarana' soda and I had a made-from-real-fruits 'Bahia Breeze', which was really amazing... highly recommended if you want something refreshing just right (although a bit expensive)! We also didn't try their desserts because we were too full, but they had authentic options like flan and 'rabanada', amongst other appetizing looking choices. Let me close this review by saying the service was outstanding!! Brad, our server, went beyond the call of duty to ensure we were happy customers. Plus Tim, the manager, stopped by to make sure everything was to our liking. As an example: right when we arrived, my wife wanted some rice, beans and 'farofa', typical daily Brazilian staple dishes, but they were not available at the salad bar; so upon asking about them, Brad insisted he'd serve us all three directly from the kitchen. Also, all servers knew the names of all meat cuts in Portuguese... something difficult to find... which is great for us, Brazilians that don't know the names of the cuts in English. Anyway, I hope you try Rodizio Grill... you won't be disappointed!

It was an overall excellent experience. The salad options are outstanding. The sides are so yummy. The meats are really good. The dessert are to die for. We also received really great service.

A Brazilian steak house in a small town like Fort Collins? I was debating trying it out but we were sooo pleased to have tried it! Everything from the service to the food was great. The place is clean, we didn’t make reservations but were seated within 2 mins of getting there. Our waitress Alyssa was very nice and even brought rice and beans to our table, we requested pineapple and they brought the pineapple to our table a few times. If we are ever back in Colorado we will definitely come to Rodizio’s.

Went on a busy weekend but service was still excellent. Food was delicious, cocktails were outstanding and dessert was so good. We went for my birthday (which of course we didn't mention, lest we be loudly sung at) which is why we saved room for dessert. I asked about a dessert cocktail since there's not any on the menu and I got to try a new creation from the bartender! It was a chocolate orange martini- a perfectly delectable birthday treat!

We enjoyed our dinner. Clara did a great job despite being busy, and the manager John made my sons day. Everyone was helpful and the food was great. I especially love the cucumber salad and my son likes the variety of meat. We will definitely be back.
