I tried this place a few months back and the drive through was incredibly slow. Took about 45 min start to finish. Decided to give it another try today since there didn't seem to be a long line. I have been stuck in this line for a half hour. And there is no way to get out once you're in line. I

Once you commit to being in line there isn't anyway to get out of line leaving you trapped to think about your poor life choices that lead you here. Not sure if this counts as fast food anymore. This store moves glacial pace and once you are in the drive through you are stuck I sat in line for over an hour. So much for "fast food"

Long drive thru lone at lunch. Took 40 min to get my food.

0 stars!!!!!! Worst drive-thru wait times, 1 hour wait on a Sunday at 1pm and just one car in front of me. My food was cold. October 25th,2020 1pm who ever worked today should get fired. Slowest people ever. Not going back.

Sat at drive through for 20 minutes... still waiting. Horrible service. Can’t leave because they have you stuck in line. This is the worst Arby’s around, and should be ashamed that they’re allowed to operate at such a slow and irresponsible pace on a military installation

I would give it less if that was possible, let's just say this was the slowest drive through I have been to in my life. I will not be going again.
