Called them today for a last minute platter and they had it done and delivered to a work meeting in 1 hour. The subs were neat and all different. Very impressed and happy with this order.
I didn't have a problem here, they got my order correct and fast. I'm not expecting a song and them presenting it on a pedestal. Give underpaid and overworked people a break.
