Frisch's Big Boy

Let's see I stopped in ordered the bill was 20.45 I gave him 20.50 didnt give me my nickel change then I decided to order dessert and paid again was give my dollars but no change had to say you owe me a 9.05 not 9 dollars. Got home with food and to my surprise what is supposed to be on a super big boy is cheese tarter sauce and shredded lettuce well the put on old lettuce not happy called and they said they ran out of shredded lettuce I'm sorry then that's not a big boy and didnt bother to mention it to customers I'm gonna make sure either the night shift is retrained or let go this is Ridiculous and never should of happened

We've been here for an hour and still No food. And...This is our "side of Ranch" but it's Tartar sauce and it's slopped all over the place..! The server rude, mumbles, and basically refused to make a salad...told our table "just go to the salad bar, I don't make them". By far the worse! We finally got our food... For there to be hair wrapped around the broccoli, french fries onion rings and sweet potato fries were ice cold, thumb marks in the top of the sandwich and french fries.
