Papa Johns Pizza

The worst Papa John's ever. Bad customer service. If I could rate them a no star I would. This place is ghetto, no mask, no gloves while preparing the food. Playing loud music like they was at a nightclub. They never have to worry about anymore of my services. Not at this location anyway. I had a online order which I never received. They gave me someone order. So I tried to call. Couldn't get nobody to pick up. So I went in person to talk about my online order. I talk to a dark skinned guy with dreads. He ask what's my number. I gave it to him. Now that I'm thinking about it. He treated me like I did a carry out order. The whole entire time I thought he was remaking my order I didn't receive but I was wrong. He came out with one pizza. I ask him did he know what my order was? I showed him my online recipe and even my bank statement where I was charged 76.00. He still didn't care to remake my order. He just kept on saying I must've sent my order to the wrong store when this wasn't my first time doing a online order at this store. I just would like a refund at this point.

This is the absolute worst Papa John's ever! I called in to place an order at 11am for a 1:15pm delivery. The agent assured me my order would arrive by 1:15pm. Needless to say it is 1:42pm and my order still has not arrived so we ordered Chic-Fil-A instead. I plan to contact the corporate office because this is unacceptable service. I also called the location and no one would pick up the phone. Do not and I repeat do not order anything from this location. This location is going to miss out on money because we work at a pharmacy and order pizza every other month. I wanted to give Papa John's a try but this incident has changes my mind.

Food was half ready. Placed an order online. Got there and only 2 of the pizzas were done. Guessing the manager asked the guy working about the rest of my order to hear him say I didn't finish that one made me Livid. Mind you in anyway in here for a good 8 minutes before even being acknowledged. The manager was running the cash register, the drive through and making pizza. He had 4 others in there with him. One boy was la eling boxes. One was making pizzas out of order. The young lady was just starting at the screen. And one was just walking around. The magnet used some hand sanitizer between jobs instead of actually washing his hands. I'm observing this all while waiting for my pizza that had now been sitting. I got a refund. Be careful going here. My advice would be go inside to see what's going on with the preparation of your food. It won't stop everything as it is not your home but you will see how sanitary the workers are before you order!!!!

No one was in uniform. No one had on any kind of hair knitting. The female in there was wearing curlers in her hair. The guys were all wearing sagging pants showing their underwear including the manager with no hat or hair netting protecting it was just a mess. touching everything not paying attention to things. The health code violations up in there! Don't go there I don't know how sanitized it was after having a big huge something drive through the wall still didn't look like it had been cleaned and sanitized or anything. I will not be eating there again! Save your stomach and don't eat their either!!

This is the absolute worst papa johns I've ever encountered. Whoever the female is with the multi color braids is extremely ignorant and rude I literally have been trying to call the store from 9:27pm until 10:20pm to correct a order.which I never got an answer for. I would say McDonald's has better sustomer service but I wouldn't even put them as low as this papa johns location

Customer service is so rude and it's respectful They put all delivery orders through doordash And my delivery driver ate my pizza Or something because it's not here and now I have to wait for them to remake my entire order, Manager handled me on the phone very rude like And inconsiderate. That's what I get for dealing with people that look like me.. If you know what I mean..
