Applebee's

We ordered togo on 2/2/20 at 9:30pm. Wanted a frozen strawberry lemonade and was told the blender broke an hour ago. Wanted wonton tacos and was told they ran out of shells. We wanted ribs and we were told they were not cooked long enough before and the wait would be long. I got the 4 cheese mac with the honey chicken. I have had this before. Very disappointed in the dish this evening. Small chicken and hardy any sauce and noodles and missing the bacon. This was definitely not worth the $13.49

I haven't been to Applebees's in a while and I went on Friday. We were seated right away. Our server was really polite and friendly. My husband ordered the all you can eat fish fry and I ordered a 9oz steak. I asked for very well done. It didn't take long. She asked my husband if he wanted 3 more right away and he said yes. My steak was still pretty pink and she took it to get cooked some more. She actually took my entire plate and I sat with no food at all. When she returned, it was good. We sat there for 20 more minutes and still no fish. I asked her about it and she said it was delivered to the wrong table and she had to reorder it. My husband asked if he could just get 6 right away and she agreed. She was so polite but she was working so hard and no one was helping her. She was going back and forth between all of us and we felt so bad and still treated her with respect. I saw the manager( lady in purple button up shirt) come out twice and never said anything to us about the poor service we were receiving. The young lady took off half for the steak and I believe the fish. We didn't ask her to but We were glad that she acknowledged how bad the experience was for us.

We've come here again and again hoping for different results each time we come we are always disappointed. Yesterday I actually had bendable tortilla chips that were dripping in grease the manager was nice and removed it from our bill our guacamole look like was baked it was a lovely shade of brown. On the bright side the beer and drinks were cold and the wings were good. I can honestly say I don't think we'll be going back.

Staff gets a 4 star because they were very nice but food is a 2 star. Ordered to go/pick up and it was more than a 1/2 hour wait after posted pickup time. Burger was missing items, cold fries, salad had wrong dressing and missing the extra dressing I paid for. While waiting they gave me a free soda and I also bought a 6.50 drink. Place was about 50% full, lots of staff but everything seemed extremely disorganized. Overall not sure it was worth the 40.00 tab.

I went their to take my wife out for her birthday dinner. With 4 others, had an awesome time, not only was the food awesome, but the bartender and staff rocked that night. Made me and my wife's friends had a great time, going back on my birthday. Don't listen to the reviews they are not accurate all the time. See for yourself. Going back every time for cheeseburger egg rolls, never stop selling them, awesome job guys.

I usually eat here every now and then but this time was the absolute worst experience I've ever had. We walked in and waited 15 minutes just to be acknowledged and another 15 for some one to come over and actually seat us when there were 3 people doing nothing that walked past numerous times and just ignored us. When we finally got our food, which was all you could eat wings, you could taste the obviously dark and dirty oil that was used to cook them. They tasted like charcoal. I might not ever come back here after this which is a shame because they used to be good.

We decided to go out to eat there tonight for dinner. The server was nice at first Bernard I think was his name got our drinks right away, then came back and took our order. My fiancé ordered buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and I got the 4Mac and cheese with tenders and ordered sauce on the side. He brought my fiancé’s wrong sandwich, but he was hungry so still he ate it. He forgot to get my sauce at first. when he returned I asked for the sauce. After that we never saw him again. There were two other tables and sure enough he kept going back to the other tables but never stopped to check on us or ask for refills. Also never received by sauce. Worst service ever never going back there. We didn’t bother leaving a tip or talking to a manager. It wasn’t even busy for him to just walk by us and not realize we weren’t being helped.
