Great ice cream and dessert place, if you need a brain freeze in a hot summer like now it's the place lol. We haven't tried their cupcakes yet but they all look great.

I really loved the ice cream and the first two times I was in there the same girl was in there and she was great and super helpful and tolerated us and all the flavors we wanted to try. The next time I went it was a Friday night, which it says that they close at 11, it was maybe 10:30 at the latest, the guy saw me coming and came and locked the door on me and just pointed to me to go away, I was not happy with that, but I liked the other girl and the ice cream

These "cupcakes" are crap. Taste like boxed cupcake mix cupcakes. One or two of the ones I tried surprised me, but I realized they were just there for the month.
The ice cream is where you get two stars. It's delicious. Love the flavours.

Service was good. Interior design was clean and Korean. Good desserts! Got the shaved ice w ube or taro topping and extra sauce w fried ube or taro! Next time will get a different dessert too.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Worst customer service ever! For starters they ignored me as I stood in front of the ice cream case and took orders from 2 other customers before getting to me. And most importantly, my friend ordered a $5.50 cookie shake and asked them to put it into 2 cups. To which the guy behind the counter replied with "so it's gonna be like half and half, ok?" My friend said ok and the guy proceeded to make her shake. Once the shake was ready and she went to pay, she was charged $11.00. When she asked "How much?" He told her that there was a splitting fee. He conveniently did not mention this before (or during) the split, so she could decide to get 2 full shakes for the same price. So all in all, I will not be returning to this place.

The staff were great and the couple of ice cream flavors we tried were pretty good. The cupcakes were awful; dense and stale.

Went with a group 6 different cupcake flavors all tasted awful. Not just bad.... But BAD! Must have sat for a month or two. Yucky!
