I really liked this place! We had a large party and they accommodated us even though the place is small. They were nice enough to store our cake in the fridge while we ate, and brought it out to us when it was time to celebrate. We ordered lots of appetizers including dim sum and everything was hot! Service was good too!

Sweet and Sour Chicken was light but crunchy! Beef and Green Beans was delicious and the sauce was excellent with the white rice. The Chow Mein Chicken had a hint of sesame seed oil which was a pleasant surprise! I will eat here again.

Best Chinese food around the Sacramento area! We have ordered in house and take out from dozens of places, and Andy's is by far our favorite! Very tasty, fresh, and always hot, even when delivered! Great customer service too!

It is a gem of Chinese Restaurants, the food menu was unique, the taste 👅 was amazing 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤 and good portion size. I tried Salt & pepper Calamari, Sichuan beef (spicy) and Cube steak fried rice (steak is pepper spicy). All of them were unique in taste & flavor and now my favorite dishes. Thank you Chef, you made my day!

Delicious! Ordered ginger beef and husband ordered fried rice with vegetables. We combined both for wonderful meal. Great service too!

I've eaten in many Chinese restaurants and Andy's kitchen is by far serves the best tasting food I've ever tasted.
The quantity too did justice to the price.

Highly recommend and of the Garlic noodle specialties, but don't recommend the steam dumplings or pot stickers. The skins and preparations on both were good but the meat fillings were lackluster and needs work to give it that homemade taste.
