I had the pleasure of ordering a substantial amount of food from this establishment, and I must say that the overall experience was a mixed bag. While the price of the dishes was certainly reasonable, I couldn't help but feel a tinge of disappointment regarding the quality of the food and the limited variety of sauces offered. In particular, the soy sauce provided was exceptionally salty, which affected my enjoyment of the meal. However, there were some positive aspects to my visit that give me hope for future improvements. One commendable factor was their attentiveness to customers' needs, as they graciously validated my parking, making the dining experience all the more convenient. Moreover, the restaurant's location within the mall was incredibly accessible, ensuring an effortless journey in and out of the premises. On a brighter note, I must mention that I found the ambiance and space of the restaurant to be quite pleasing. The atmosphere lent itself to a relaxed and enjoyable dining environment, making it a comfortable place to spend time with friends or family. While I might have had some reservations about the food this time around, I'm optimistic that the establishment takes customer feedback seriously and strives to make positive changes. I believe that with a bit of refinement in their culinary offerings and sauce selections, this place has the potential to become a top-notch dining destination. I look forward to returning in the future to see if any improvements have been made and to once again experience the convenience and ambiance that I enjoyed during my previous visit.

I recently dined at this hotpot establishment, and I must say, it was an exceptional culinary adventure. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. The ambiance was cozy and inviting, perfect for a cozy meal with friends or family. Now, let's talk about the star of the show – the hotpot itself. The variety of ingredients available was mind-boggling! From fresh vegetables and succulent meats to an array of dipping sauces, it was a food lover's paradise. We opted for the traditional broth and a spicy one, both of which were bursting with flavor. The quality of the ingredients was top-notch, and everything tasted incredibly fresh. What truly set this place apart, though, was the attentive and friendly staff. They patiently explained the hotpot process to us, ensuring that even first-timers like us felt at ease. Throughout our meal, they consistently checked in to see if we needed anything, making us feel well taken care of. In conclusion, if you're looking for a memorable hotpot experience, this is the place to be. Delicious food, a warm atmosphere, and exceptional service – it's a winning combination. I can't wait to return and try more of their offerings. Highly recommended!

You can come here to buy this cute teddy bear 🧸 hotpot. It was worth it, but the server spoke very little English. Service was good but communication was difficult. They had lunch specials for $39.99 which was decent price for amazing food. I highly recommend for this restaurant if you like hotpot. Nice presentation and delicious food 🍱😋 Also highly recommend WATERMELON juice 🍉 !!!!!!!!! Was the BEST ** I'm an emoji Google local guide in DFW areas if you want more reviews, don't forget to follow my account. 😊 **

I think the main selling point is the bear, cause that’s kinda what everyone comes here for. Other than that, flavor wise it’s very good. We ordered a mild spice and it was spicier than expected, so just a caution for people who can’t handle their spice well. This place does stand out, design wise, from most other hotpot places. Another thing I was surprised with was the free kids meal for those picky eaters. Only con is that I’m kinda short and we sat at the bigger tables, the pot is a little far away from me and I have to stand up each time to pick up food.

Xiang Hotpot is a great place for hotpot lovers. The restaurant's atmosphere and friendly staff provide an enjoyable dining experience. The wide array of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths made for a delicious meal. From the tender beef to the fish paste and fresh veggies, all the dishes were good. The servers were nice and accommodating. The space was nice and intricately decorated with a good space that reminds you of a walking through an ancient street in Asia. Price was a bit high. Xiang Hotpot is a good place to go, and I would definitely go back!

We had a fun experience in this place the sour beef broth was amazing! We had that with A5 beef tongue that was the highlight of the night. The service was on top! The server noticed everything that we needed and was very fast on spot. We loved the atmosphere as well the authentic old decorations combined with modern lightings had a very unique vibe and experience. Overall we love this place! We will come back if we are in Flushing again!

First off it's pretty pricey, we spent $250 total for 3 people. The servers were nice but struggled to get our order. We were dissapointed as we expected a barbecue as said in the name but only found hot pot. Still it was good but the flavors of the meats were overshadowed by the broths. The sauce bar was very good but again we expected more side dishes like rice and so forth. Overall it was a good spot but not worth the money.

This is a my favorite hot pot place in Flushing. The quality of the ingredients is actually really good, much better than some other AYCE places. If you become a member, it's actually not too expensive (still New York pricing of course, but for this quality I think it's worth it). For people that cannot eat spicy beware that "small spice/ 小辣" is still pretty spicy.

This place is huge and has plenty of tables. Some tables were in separate rooms having birthday party when we were there. We picked two different soup bases; Beef and Tomato. You can decide how spicy you want it - we ordered mild spicy for the beef broth and it came with the bear shaped sauce base🧸. But it was too spicy for me. My friends loved it. Each dish with vegetables and meats were big. Make sure not to order to much of foods. Overall it was very good. The workers were very friendly too!
