Placed a phone order for a special order/custom cake a week in advance, paid over the phone by card as well. Cake was ready for pickup before I needed it and was made exactly the way it was requested to be. Details matter and they didn't miss a beat! Pickup was smooth/easy, the parking lot is clutch
Always lots of ice cream flavors available, in pre-made pints, cones, and "saucers" (ice cream sandwiches). The staff is consistently courteous and helpful.
I've been coming here since 2013. Always loved this location and still do. Recently I noticed the workers could be a bit more friendly but I understand they must be tired from the influx of customers since it's summer.

This Carvel is in a great location. The ice cream is fresh. The staff is friendly. They have parking and benches in front of the store, where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream outside. I will definitely be back. Thank you.
