Read about this place in some blogs and social media posts about "best places in Flushing". It didn't disappoint, although I think they toned down some of the spices in our dishes. Scallion pancake with beef was a real surprise hit. Chicken feet were good, but lacking some punch. Cucumber salad was very refreshing, and the beef ribs very delicious although not hot and spicy as promised.

This is a MUST for dim sum lovers! Such an amazing find. Highly recommend the beef rice rolls and the shrimp dumplings. The food is all hand made and authentic, you get delicious freebies and it’s so reasonably priced. This isn’t a restaurant to spend a few hours dining, it’s a quick sit and eat place with a busy bustling atmosphere.

Been coming here for a while now and it's still probably my favourite dimsum restaurant in NYC so far. Came as a group of 3 cuz many of their dimsum come in 3s or 6s, so it makes for easy sharing Started off with an order of their spicy pork Xiao long bao (soup dumplings) and the crab meat xlb. Filled with a good amount of broth, flavorful filling, and the dumplings don't tear easily when you try to lift them out of the baskets. Had some classics like scallion pancakes, shrimp & chive crystal dumplings, turnip cake, and cha siu bao (BBQ pork steamed buns) Finished off with the sweet potato mochi with salted egg filling which was the only one that I felt didn't hit as strongly as the other dishes. The flavor was great. But the mochi itself was a bit lacking in texture, most likely due to unlucky timing with when we came to eat and when the last batch was made. They provide a Peking duck bun for everyone as a dine-in bonus, and we got the an order of sweet glutinous rice cakes on the house, which was a really nice treat! The service is quick and attentive. The only reason for the 4 stars is that the spot is a little cramped to move around in and it can be a bit with occasional radio chatter from the service staff.

Shanghainese as myself, I have to say it's very rare to find authentic Shanghai food around US. My friends recommended this place earlier and I can't believe I come in so late. If you only order authentic dish, you will have a great time. Some stuff are localized unfortunately which I won't order. Especially some colorful soup dumpling.

First time in this restaurant…we celebrated today, and we all choose and pick to come to this place. They was very busy, but we where lucky and had one empty box for us. I loved the decor the colors and the design. Our server was adorable and every person in this restaurant treated us with lot of respect and friendliness. Food came fast. For the order we got the free duck steam “buns” with little veggie and sauce it was really delicious will definitely come back for more duck! The lucky 6 dumplings was colorful my favorite the pork with mushrooms and the spicy pork…The curry beef soup I got a sip very tasty! Everyone was really happy with theirs orders. The red bean paste in the sesame ball my absolutely favorite! I wish they serve as a red bean “pudding”. That’s my dessert all the time. The end,we got the sweet rice soup with mochi it was a unique experience for us! Top of that when we got a check we don’t believe that that was our bill for $60 . Million thanks for everything, will see you soon!!

The food was great. We enjoyed it all. The duck was perfectly crispy and chewy. Sesame chicken was so tasty, and gripped the white rice. And the beef lo Mein was easily slurped and chewed delicately letting go of it’s flavors. The serving was May have been off par mainly because they said they were short so that’s understandable. Overall it was great.

This joint is simply exciting. From the service to the food to the ambience, it offers a greatly rounded dining experience. There’s very interesting things in the menu here, which is hard to find in today’s saturated cookie cutter asian restaurant industry. Dumplings are great as well as the soup. China Town Manhattan should step up their game, places like these might start driving more people to flushing!

Fabulous food and speedy service, personal favorites were shrimp changfen and crispy pork, the rest of the table loved the crab and pork dumplings. Soup dumplings were juicy and delicious aswell, first time trying jellyfish and had no problems. Lovely texture! The service was polite and you don't expect any extra frills or overflowing warmth with dim sum service anyway. It was 👍 I'd come again and recommend wholeheartedly, only thing I regret was not ordering the turnip cake!

Had all the signature dishes that I would’ve liked to see! It was pretty good for it’s price: - pan fried buns were 4/5 for us, the skin was thick - XLB was probably a 3.5/5, it tasted strongly of white pepper - youtiao + soy milk was great 5/5 - turnip and pork puffs were pretty good 4.5/5 - chicken feet was a little weird 3/5 - the gluten dish (烤麸)was great! 4.5/5

saw this popular restaurant on social media and had to try it. came for dinner for 2, the service was quick! we ordered the chicken with rice, soup dumplings and their famous peking duck buns. a nice casual dinner spot with friends, the food was nothing too spectacular. but glad we got to try! just fyi it’s cash only, but they also accept venmo and zelle.
