I received great customer service at this location.
I stopped in for lunch because I had a promotional coupon. There was an issue with the register accepting the coupon, and a line of customers had developed as my sub was being made. I said I would just pay for my sandwich and get a drink and chips as well, even though that wasn't part of the promotion. I did not realize the employee assisting me was the manager on duty, and he insisted that I grab a bag of chips, a large drink and the sub I ordered and would not accept my cash. He apologized for the inconvenience and asked me to keep them in mind next time I was hungry for a sandwich. It was a great gesture I thought.
Few days later I needed a quick but filling lunch again, so I stopped by for another sub. This time I asked for it to be made with the promotional "50% more meat for ¢50". My sandwich was made fresh and fast, just like you'd expect. As I was taking out my wallet to get my money, he asked if I still had the coupon on my phone, that it was being funny but he had an idea, asked if I'd help him test it again. As the register took the coupon he smiled and told me he fixed it later in the day I had 1st stopped by. He thanked me for my patience and apologized again for any inconvenience.
I got 2 delicious sandwiches + some extras in 1 week for free. I appreciated the $'s I saved for sure, but having worked in customer service most of my life, I recognize and appreciate the attention to detail and the intent to satisfy the customer even more!

The service is poor. Not from lack of trying but from lack of training and poor management. The shift supervisor or store manager (I'm not sure wich she is) Esma is rude does not give even passable customer service, talks down to the obviously new kid, doesn't give you a receipt, and makes you wait a good 5 minutes to check out with a card while she counts the cash drawer in a room full of customers. She also leave the floor unattended while there are customes.

Store # 28563, Flower Mound, TX The slowest workers in any Subway I have ever been too. Took 30 min. for 4 6" sandwiches with 3 sandwiches before us. One worker who took a very long time (I wanted to jump over the counter and do it for him). The other worker stocked chips! When chip boy finally came behind the counter he stood at the register I asked if he could help make our other sandwiches. He was also so very very slow. . I even had to tell them what was on the Spicy Italian, they did not know how to make it.

I've come in 2 times... Always poor customer service but I overlooked it. Tried again today. The website says it's open at 9. 10am I can see them in there prepping but door is locked. Waited till 10:15 still not open. I've come here the few times because it's cheap, semi healthy andand v convenient to my school. Doesn't look like I'll be coming back.

Truly awful! The first time I went, the two young men complained the whole time that the prior shift had not set them up. I tried again this morning and the woman by herself complained the whole time about the closers the night before. I made a comment that this store was awful and she started yelling at me. I asked who the manager was and she said it was her. She threw my sandwich on the counter and told me to leave. I refused to take it. Wow! This place is horrible!

The food was awsome. Everything was made the way I ordered it. The store was clean and the team was on point in doing their job. The bathrooms smelled great. My experience was perfect and everyone cared.

When I got here the heavy set guy and the girl were up to some hanky panky in the back room. So much so that her panties were sticking out when they came to the front.
They were totally disinterested in making the sandwiches, I would certainly not go back there again.
The guy was rude and unpleasant, the girl, well whatever.

Tho there's usually one employee during lunch, he's super fast and friendly. He is also bilingual, I heard him speaking Spanish to another customer.
