Got charge 2 times for one item. I did not notice until I was at work. I called and said they can't do refund over the phone that I have to come back. I can't go back since that is not my route to work that day I had to drop off my sister to work that is why we had coffee there. Other companies do refund over the phone. Is ashamed that Starbucks being a recognized company can't do that.

Walked in maskless. No one served me.
They just didn't talk to me at all or even make eye contact. There were about 8 employees working and none of them said a single word to me. No one else was in the store but me. Time of day was evening. Tempted to call corporate about it.

Great baristas! They know how to make drinks which is always a good thing. Have had some questionable drinks at other locations but this one is always spot on! 👌 once you find a good Starbucks location with great baristas never let it go and this one is a keeper! Recommended highly!

Everytime I come you always make my drink perfectly! I have never had to wait for more than a minute or two and the baristas are always smiling when they give me my drink. Thank you for being awesome! Thank you for being the best Starbucks in the metroplex! :)

Its been a while since I had coffee at Starbucks. Got the pumpkin drink, it was very tasty, service was great but I can't believe prices are so high.

Visited here an early, busy Saturday morning, and the baristas were rushing around trying to keep up with orders. Somehow my breakfast order got missed, and I waited thinking it would turn up eventually. Having worked in fast food service before, I understand sometimes an order gets missed or ends up taking a little long.
I went up to the cashier (Gary) after his line had disappeared, and I asked if my tomatillo wrap was still cooking. He apologized profusely that my order fell thru the cracks and not only personally oversaw my order, but he also included a cute little Octopus cookie.
He brought both around to the front of the counter to hand them to me and apologize again. He was very sweet and is a great asset to his team!

Did not get my drink right. I specifically requested to have no foam on my capuchuno (which they call it wet capuchuno). We waited for 20 min only got partial of the order. The ticket of my wer capuchuno was not printed so they made it the last minute and it is the original with lots of foam! I was disappointed.
